I know that Drudge and National Review online does it sometimes. Does anyone know anywhere else?

The Registrar of Voters here in San Diego

So, you were listening to Mark Larson, too? ;-)

Its not good news for Bustamove. I guess the Latinos are NOT going to get their first Hispanic Governor since 1875 (notwithstanding what Matthews and Morris said) tonight.

I just heard that Exit Polling Data in Texas has Arnold ahead

If Mexicans can vote in this election, Texans should also be allowed to do so, too.

Judy Woodruff on CNN had a long face,..

The new managers at CNN have to realize she is so obviously biased that she causes close to half of the American public to immediately realize they made a mistake and turn the channel.

POSSIBLE CA EXIT POLLS--LEAKED DATA
Calblog ^ | October 7, 2003 | Armed Prophet

Posted on 10/07/2003 2:47 PM PDT by publius1

Apparently Leaked Exit Polling Says... Armed Prophet here, with what I believe is a major scoop, though it may not be entirely surprising.

That is, I'm hearing that early exit polling -- which includes absentees -- already shows the recall and Arnold both with "double digit" leads. (I'm a bit surprised to hear that those numbers are already being tabulated, but this is what I'm told.) Speculation is the race may be called within a few hours of the polls closing.

I obviously can't vouch for it myself -- I'm in DC -- but the source I'm hearing this from is very well-connected in state and national politics; if anybody would know this kind of thing out here, it's this person. So take this information with a bit of caution. But if I'm right, you heard it here first.

Thanks. Double-digit leads. I wonder if the Dems will go ahead with their court filings regardless.

yes regardless.

1. They will argue his pending criminal case disqualifies him.

2. They will demand a revote. Saying the voters are entitled to a pristine election (meaning one that only elects a democrat is pristine)

3. Delay Arnolds entry into office.

1. They will argue his pending criminal case disqualifies him.

What pending criminal case? If you're talking about the L.A. Times accusations, prosecution is barred because every charge is either (1) barred by the statute of limitations or (2) so flimsily sourced that no prosecutor or grand jury could find probable cause.

You are 100% correct. Thus the democrat will demand Arnold waive the statute of limitations (never mind the fact he can't) and there is some ambitious liberal prosecutor somewhere.
