It looks like the ‘strongest’ legal case against Trump is based on yet another set of lies from corrupt federal agencies. On May 7, Florida Judge Aileen Cannon postponed former President Donald Trump’s classified documents trial after explosive information dropped late Friday afternoon. Several new pieces of evidence indicate it’s even possible federal employees planted classified documents to frame Trump. Even if what happened isn’t that nefarious — although exactly that scenario has already been deployed against Trump several times — not only could the case be thrown out of court, but some federal lawyers may have risked their licenses for...

A known gang member with a long violent criminal history accused of shooting a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy could have been kept behind bars if not for soft-on-crime policies by the region's top prosecutor, his election opponent said. Raymundo Duran, 47, who allegedly shot Deputy Samuel Aispuro in the back at a stop light while he was sitting on his marked sheriff's department motorcycle on April 22 in West Covina, California, has been involved in a number of violent crimes, including two felony assaults that he committed while serving an 11-year sentence for manslaughter, according to court records. Aispuro,...

WARSAW, Poland (AP) – Poland’s defense minister said Thursday his country is strengthening the metal barrier along its border with Belarus to deter illegal migration. “We are mending the barrier on the Polish-Belarusian border, we are strengthening this barrier,” Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz said on private Radio Zet. “The spending on these purposes is the highest in (Poland´s) history.” Kosiniak-Kamysz said the increased presence of Polish and allied military forces in regions close to the border is also helping to tighten the eastern frontier of NATO and the European Union. That presence has been increased since Russia’s aggression in Ukraine in 2022.

Arrested for disorderly conduct Tuesday, disorder mastermind (for pay!) Manolo De Los Santos was walking free the next day. Hey, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg: How about getting serious and creative in investing, charging and criminally prosecuting the career agitators encouraging chaos across the city? Yes, De Los Santo, the 35-year-old leftist zealot and co-executive director of The People’s Forum (an incubator for radical progressives), only got arrested for disorderly conduct at an anti-Israel encampment at the Fashion Institute of Technology. But in January, he was arrested at another protest (where he called for the state of Israel to be...

As I've written before, the globalists have spent decades indoctrinating Westerners to believe that legitimate criticism of people with darker skin is a sign of racism, if not "proof" of so-called "white supremacy." That includes speaking out against the epidemic of illegal immigrants, or asylum-seekers — call them what you will — committing unspeakable levels of sexual assault against Western women. Most Americans have no idea what has been happening in Europe for two decades. But as I've warned in the past, the United States is only five to seven years behind the UK. Watch our Brit friends if you...

If you have been following Conservative media recently on the subject of the Donald Trump/Stormy Daniels trial in New York City, you have probably heard numerous commentators express the opinion that, even though Alvin Bragg’s case against President Donald Trump is largely falling apart, the fact that he is being tried by a highly biased jury, he will be convicted nonetheless. I can only say that if you are a Democrat you should be crossing your fingers that this does not happen. Let me explain why…. It’s very clear that the initial Democrat strategy to take down Trump was to...

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has just admitted that he and other DOJ and FBI minions manipulated documentary evidence underlying the Mar-a-Lago case against Donald Trump. Everybody from Judge Aileen Cannon on down realizes this is bad. Still, I wonder how many people have noticed that Smith has admitted to doing what J6 defendants are accused and have been convicted of doing: Violating 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). The statutory charges against the J6 defendants are a specious abuse of the law but they perfectly fit Smith’s admitted conduct. One of the main tools in the DOJ arsenal against anyone near the Capitol...

Grammy-winning rapper Macklemore has expressed solidarity with anti-Israel protesters and condemned Israel’s military campaign against Hamas terrorists, choosing a sellout crowd in New Zealand’s capital, Wellington, to deliver his pro-Palestinian views. He told the gathered 5,000 Kiwis in a short speech 40 minutes into his two-hour set: I stand here today and every day forward for the rest of my life in solidarity with the people of Palestine, with an open heart, in the belief that our collective liberation is at stake – that we all deserve freedom in this life of ours. Yesterday [Tuesday], I put out a song...

A new report sheds light on a pervasive culture of sexual harassment plaguing a major federal entity under the watch of President Joe Biden. Law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton was tasked with investigating the workplace at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) in 2023, and released its 234-page report on Tuesday. Throughout the investigation, 500 individuals, close to one-in-ten employees at the entire FDIC, reported “experiences of sexual harassment, discrimination, and other interpersonal misconduct” in the workplace to the firm’s tip line. The incidents reported to the firm, the report said, “did not occur in a vacuum,” and...

...we need to go back to when agriculture was inefficient. Good idea. There are too many proles anyway, right? Time to thin the herd. ... Climate change hysteria is a magic force in the hands of an elite that has been preaching deindustrialization and mass culling of human beings since the early 1960s. What was once a fringe movement led by the truly insane Club of Rome and Paul Ehrlich has gone mainstream, at least among the Leftists who are at the top of the social pyramid these days. The UN, WEF, IPCC, MSM, and of course the EU and...

Joe Biden veered off-script during an interview with a Spanish-language radio station, appearing to admit the real reason he is allowing millions of illegal aliens to enter the United States. Since Biden took office, an estimated 11 million illegal aliens, the majority of whom are military-age males, have entered the U.S. Is that incompetence? Well, if you look at who benefits, it becomes clear that the border crisis is a strategic effort to get Democrats more voters. Biden admitted this during the interview. “It’s even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters! Err, Hispanic citizens,” Biden said. AUDIO:...

Ohio’s top lawyer has advised the state’s public universities that a law written to deter Ku Klux Klan demonstrations could be used to impose felony charges on students who wear face coverings while protesting the war in Gaza. In a letter sent Monday, after weeks of pro-Palestinian campus protests around the country, Republican Attorney General Dave Yost advised the presidents of Ohio’s 34 public, four-year universities – which his office represents – to forewarn students about the 1953 law. “In our society, there are few more significant career-wreckers than a felony charge,” the letter said. “I write to you today...

Contrary to popular conservative opinion, I don’t want this college chaos to end anytime soon. I want it to increase and metastasize and continue right up until these entitled, ugly, mutated communist jerks totally alienate every normal American. It’s already happening. The frat boys have turned. The normals are turning. At one of these colleges, you had the theater major graduation ceremony invaded by Palesimpians and the parents began chanting, “USA! USA!” Will this and the administrations’ feeble response help flush these institutions’ bloated reputations down the crapper? Yes, please! So, keep it up, communist dipwads. I’m loving this. This...

A well known New York City real estate lawyer has reportedly prompted the state of New York to investigate Judge Arthur Engoron after he claimed to have given the judge unsolicited advice. Engoron ordered former President Donald Trump in March to pay a $454 million judgement after 30 lenders turned him away. Trump - who frequently referred to Engoron as 'crazed' and 'corrupt' - posted $175 million in bond before a deadline to avoid asset seizure as he appeals the ruling.

Jury consultant Robert Hirschhorn told CNN on Monday that the prosecution’s lack of evidence in former President Donald Trump’s trial so far is a major issue that could lead to a “not guilty” verdict despite the likelihood of the jury being largely Democratic because of the Manhattan venue. Former Trump Organization controller Jeffrey McConney testified on Monday, asserting that Trump never directed him to falsify documents under cross examination by the defense. McConney is yet another witness who has not proven direct involvement by the former president, with Hirschhorn saying even a Democratic jury is likely to acquit Trump if...

A high-profile New York real estate lawyer, whose law license was once suspended, said he approached the judge presiding over Donald Trump’s civil fraud case to offer unsolicited advice about a law at issue in the case. Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey made the claim during an interview with NBC New York, saying he spoke to Judge Arthur Engoron three weeks prior to the judge’s February decision to fine the former president $454 million for falsely inflating the value of his assets. The judge, through a court spokesman, denied impropriety and said he was “wholly uninfluenced” by Mr. Bailey. New York’s...

Don’t look now, but journalism might be back. In a rare uplifting press story, New York Times executive editor Joe Kahn seemed to lose patience with incessant demands that he elect Joe Biden instead of reporting news, directing an epic, And Justice For All-style “No, you’re out of order!” tirade against the White House and its lackeys. When Ben Smith at Semafor asked Kahn about former Obama official Dan Pfeiffer’s complaint that the Times does not “see their job as saving democracy or stopping an authoritarian from taking power,” Kahn went ballistic. “I don’t even know how it’s supposed to...

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it received a recording of a phone message left by an FBI special agent for someone at the Secret Service in the context of the raid on President Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida. The August 11, 2022, recording says: Yes, hi, this is Special Agent [redacted] from FBI [unintelligible]. We met on Monday [the day of the raid]. We have a couple of specific follow-up asks of you, um, so give me a call so we can discuss that. My number is [redacted]. Again, my name is [redacted]. Thanks, bye. The recording...
