Absolutely. Little Christmas is the Epiphany. Many families also (or do not) exchange gifts until the Epiphany, because that is when the Three Kings brought gifts to the Christ Child.
My kids (when they were young) always asked why our Christmas lights and decorations were up longer than anyone else's decorations.
I noticed that yesterday the Three Wise Men were put out to the side of the Christmas Nativity Scene at church by our priest -- they aren't in the center yet -- just off to the side. (They were hidden away until yesterday in the Sacristy!) LOL!

The Twelve Days of Christmas are the days from Christmas until the beginning of Epiphany (January 8th; the 12 days count from December 25th until January 8th). On the updated calendar — since Epiphany is celebrated on a Sunday — these days may actually be more or less than twelve. We have 16 days on the tree because the Christmas season extends until the feast of the Baptism of Christ and we have included them all.
