Jesus Christ, the 2nd Adam and our Human Consciousness. (Vanity- I think)
JOSHUA | November 19th, 2008 | Vanity

Posted on 11/19/2008 12:22:20 PM PST by TaraP

Was Jesus Christ born to develop human consciousness using the knowledge of good and evil for moral and ethical purposes....to be the model and the example of the completion of human consciousness..

Before Rome invaded and destroyed Jerusalem, the 2nd Adam taught the Children of Israel that the spirit of the law is an evolution of the letter of the law; the 2nd Adam taught Israel that the matrix of love, faith, and belief is “the advancement” that completes human evolution.

The 2nd Adam also taught Israel that no man is the master of another man (St. Matthew 22:36-40), that when a man becomes integrated with morals, ethics, and honesty, they are capable of becoming their own authority, they are unlimited and have no boundaries, and that they can perform great miracles. (John 14:9-20)

Thereafter, to complete the evolution of human consciousness; the 2nd Adam allowed himself to be murdered (John 10: 17-18) so that he would enter the dimension of the dead. The 2nd Adam then prevailed in his fight against Satan, and did take away Satan’s authority (as the god of death) that GOD gave Satan-(Hades); and the 2nd Adam return himself back to life, again (St. Matthew 27: 51-54

Before the 2nd Adam departed, he said these words to the people, “No one can make contact with GOD without my consent!” (John 14:6) In addition, before he departed, the 2nd Adam also informed the authorities of planet earth, “You shall not see me anymore, until you shall say,… “Blessed be he that comes in the name of the Lord of Hosts!” (St. Matthew 23:39)

Now what this means is that, religious and governmental authorities are the-barrier between humankind and the 2nd Adam, and GOD himself, because the “authorities” are responsible for the death of the 2nd Adam.

Furthermore, the 2nd Adam will not return to humankind until earth-authorities give-up their dominion over the people to the 2nd Adam. At this present time, the 2000 years for a completion of human consciousness did expire 2000 years from the date that the 2nd Adam was born...

If the natural progression of human innovation were not defeated by parasitical authorities, humankind would have advanced technology and would have developed the ability to control existence and the forces of nature, humankind would be friends with other advanced alien species, and humankind would be able to prevail against the gravitational waves that are in transit to this solar system.

Your thoughts on the Biblical evolution and human consciousness.

No, He came to seek and save the lost and to give up His life as a ransom for many. He came to be the propitiation of our sins.

As the old saying goes, don’t think so far out of the box your mind falls out.

I'm more persuaded by what Jesus said He came to do:

"the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28)

...and by what He told Paul to say:

"The saying is e trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost" (1 Timothy 1:15).

Thanks! I posted this thinking of what Jesus told the Authorities....

Jesus answered Pilate, “You wouldn’t have any authority over me if it hadn’t been given to you from above. That’s why the man who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.”

Jesus Christ did not come to lead us back to the Garden of Eden. He came to pay for our sins by His expiatory sacrifice and enable us to become more like Himself and the Father to live with them again. Adam and Eve were like babes in the Garden of Eden. They became adults, spiritually mature, only after suffering mortality and the temptations that go with it. Christ didn’t come to teach us to be evolved, perfect beings here but to allow Him to let His grace make us perfect beings in the hereafter. What you recount sounds too much like New Age consciousness where “special knowledge” will lead all mankind back to the Garden of Eden.

No not trying to sound new agey, my point was the potential are mind could of have in what Jesus taught...

Especially the Parables...

One for instance: THE MUSTARD SEED
He told them, “Because of your lack of faith. I tell you with certainty, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.

But are minds do evolve with faith in Christ..I think there was post on here a couple days ago, that addressed this issue between Believers and Atheists....

How does a un-believer, Atheist evolve who has no faith?

This was a little confusing to me (I'll have to read again later), but for my thoughts on human conciseness and God, well I always thought it was interesting to look how the three ages of man are divided up:

First Age:

Adam, Noah, Abraham, etc.
God was with these men walking with them, teaching them, not really setting that many restrictions (no ten commandments) but expecting faith and rewarding that. It reminds alot of Eden, when God was with Adam, like a parent is with there child when born. And like with a toddler with Abraham and others, guiding them not setting that many rules. And God let Hebrews fall and have some bruises (Egypt) but he protected them, sometimes in very harsh ways (Red Sea).

Second Age:

Moses, David, Soloman, etc.
With the passing of the ten Commandments, the Hebrews pass from toddlarhood, to childhood, where the rules are set and your now old enough to follow them. You are given a modercume more freedom, but if you disobey you are going to pay the price (even with your life, generational curses, etc.) Your given more responablities

Third Age:
Jesus
With the coming of Jesus and his death and rebirth people (not just Hebrews) were thrust into adulthood. Free to choose to follow or not, forced to interact with others who only relation maybe religion (both Messanic Jews and Jews, who were both forced out of there homeland). Also you have the holy spirit, which in some ways makes us closer to God than before, like how a child when they grow up can be closer to there parents because they can understand them better (This one is a stretch). Also the marriage of the Church and Christ, etc. etc.

Again this is just my opinion.

There is no human evolution. There is simply Jesus, an eternal God, saving weak and sinful humans (including you, me, and Adam) from their sins.

Hey! Extraterrestrial Culture Day doesn't come until February! But let's face facts: nothing says "looney bin" like claiming that Jesus was the descendent of Black Extraterrestrial time-travellers.

The responsibility was broader than that.

36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." 37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" 38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call." (Acts 2)

At this present time, the 2000 years for a completion of human consciousness did expire 2000 years from the date that the 2nd Adam was born...

Huh?

Interesting. How do you suppose human populations from different regions all look so different if not for human evolution?

Topcat-I don’t find all of this letter comprehendable myself...

I was just pondering some of the biblical parables in the Bible..Maybe the apostles had a human conciousness that was far more advanced than our’s...Maybe sin is what keeps us from reaching are true potential...And as we can see today, we seem to be progressing backwards...Just like Jesus said..The End Days will be like the Days of Noah...

If you find any of it comprehendable [sic], you have better reasoning skills than me.

The apostle Paul, perhaps the greatest of all the apostles, referred to himself as the "chief of sinners". Our ability to comprehend is a gift imparted by the Holy Spirit which overcomes our natural inclination to devolve.

But the reality is that Christ has come and has made all things new. We are new creation in Him. As the hymn says, "He comes to make His blessings flow, far as the curse is found".

Creation is not and will not devolve because the Messiah, the King of the universe, sits on His throne and is conquering all His enemies. We tend to view things from a very short-sighted perspective, as if all of history revolves around the likes of an Obama or the Republican party. God’s history is much greater than all these trivial matters which seem to agitate so many Christians.
