PRAY for our Nation & President Obama

1And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

2And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

3And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

4And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

5And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

7And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

8And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

9And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

10And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

11And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

12And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

Dear Heavenly Father, As I sit in my living room this day typing out today's prayer thread, I can't help but feel that we are hearing the approaching hoofbeats of the Revelation 6 riders. I look at our society and it is so much turning against You. The center of Christianity in the world in terms of missions, Bibles printed, and churches on every corner in some areas is forsaking You. Many in our nation are following after false gods and sacrificing everything for pleasure and the desire to be free from accountability. They are sowing to the flesh and from the flesh will reap a harvest of corruption, pain, and death. We would like to stop them from doing so. But, we ourselves can hardly stop ourselves from sinning - who are we to affect another's actions? Only You, Lord, can change our nation. Only You can change this world. It isn't up for us to know whether or not You will. We pray that You will. But regardless, it is Your will that we seek. You alone are worthy of our devotion, and praise and honor.

I pray for those in Kentucky and other areas that are still without power. The silence from Washington has been deafening. Use this as something which points out to them the limits of government and the dangers of putting your hope in man alone. Keep them safe. Let them find shelter and warmth, and restore electricity to them soon.

Lord, world leaders, including our own President, seem to be clamouring to see who will lead the entire world. Angela Merkel, a supposed ally, would put our financial system under the watchful eye of the antiChrist, anti Israel organization - the UN. Nicolas Sarkozy wants to revamp capitalism and make it more into a socialist Utopia, and Barack Obama will likely go along with anything that these leaders say. Seeing this at the very beginning of his term in office, we wonder if there will be freedom in America at the end of 4 years. I pray, if You tarry, that we will wake up and that we will turn from our wicked ways back to You.

I pray for repentance for Barack Obama as well. Show him his need for a Savior. Show him that his views regarding abortion, homosexuality, and public funding are saturated in evil. Cause him to do a 180 degree turn towards that which is honorable in Your sight. And, send spiritual awakening through out the entire Obama cabinent and the world.

Go with us Lord. We love You. Help us to do that which pleases You. For it is in the name above all names that I pray, that of Jesus Christ, Emmanuel, Amen.

Our 44th has chosen death when he approved american money to support abortion around the globe.

Plus all the other evil decisions that are coming forth.

Father God,
Your Word declares that we, Your people, are Your witnesses and Your servants whom You have chosen, that we may know and believe You and understand that You are God. Before You no god was formed, nor will there be one after You. You have chosen us, God, for the express purpose of knowing and believing You. But we can't really begin to know You until we chose to believe You! According to Your Word, it is possible to be broken off from part of Your plan because of unbelief. Your Word says not to be arrogant but to fear God. We do not want to miss any part of Your plan because of our own unbelief! Help us walk by faith. In Jesus name, Amen

Father, we are in the world, but not of it. Help the body of Christ to live, breathe and have our being in You. Teach us to operate Kingdom principles unaffected by the Babylonian system we see around us. Help us to keep our eyes on You because You and Your love never fail. Redirect us, Sir, if we start to walk the wide path instead of the narrow one. We are so grateful for this ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We are totally dependent each day on You. We pray in the name of Jesus and thank You for our help.

Father, I thank You for Your faithfulness. You can always be counted upon in good times and bad. Your love for us is beyond measure, and You have already provided us with everything we will ever need. I declare my trust in You. I am not moved by my circumstances, but by Your awesome might.

Lord, I lift up our President and ask that You bring about change in him. As he has spoken it, let it happen to him. Open his eyes to see truth, and impart Your divine strategies to him to replace thievery with creative growth. Let him shift his alliances away from corruption and towards righetousness. Bring confusion into the enemy camp so that the effectiveness of their communication will be thwarted. In Christ's name, amen.
