Thanks - It's a different viewpoint. I may not agree with a person. But I will defend his Right to his view. Certainly do not agree with mormon theology. You can't deny 1 john 4 verses then call yourself a Christian.

This is a free open exchange of ideas. Thats why I believe it's called Free Republic. As a citizen I will respect. As a Christian I strongly disagree with his view through my right to free speech.

Yes, I have read in the past the comments in a mormon thread. Some are very unbecoming of civility. We should be respectful. I have known 2 mormons in my life. Most very respectful considerate people.

Interesting. I've never been that captivated with Angels.

But as an aside, I have to say I loved the way they were portrayed in "Supernatural".

One of my favorite television lines, ever was when Zachariah goes off with -

"In Heaven, I have six wings and four faces!...one of which is a lion! Lemme tell you something, I was on the fast-track once -- Employee Of The Month every month, forever! I'd walk these halls and people would AVERT THEIR EYES! I HAD RESPECT. And then they assigned me you: now look at me, I can't close the deal on a couple of flannel-wearing maggots? Everybody's laughing at me! Well, it's personal now, and the last person in the history of creation you want as your enemy is me. Lucifer, may be strong, but I'm petty!"

John - show me where I stated he couldn’t share his ‘view’. Nor can one legitimately call themselves a Christian if they deny the essential Deity of Christ within the Trinity.

WOW. I see how it is, as the only Mormon to post on this topic, I am now required to give my religious background up front, so that everyone here knows I’m a heretic and blasphemer.

Perhaps it would be easier if you had me sew a yellow 6 pointed star to my shirt, just to make sure there is no confusion and everyone knows up from that my quoting from the bible is not to be taken without a big disclaimer.
