acts 22:16 Saul ( Paul )was told “rise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on his name”
in Acts 22:10 Saul calls Jesus “Lord”, he believed in Jesus, but still had to have his sins forgiven!

Some silly notions seem to
originate
as much from the barnyard
as from Alice's rabbit hole!
There's actually a lot of Scripture about
even the dimensions of the NEW JERUSALEM.
IIRC, it's rougly 1500 miles on a side and high. Some think it will be a pyramid.
Some think it will be a cube because the Holy of Holies was a 30 X 30 X 30 cube.
Regardless . . . it's clearly a literal place . . . Scripture goes to great lengths to indicate THAT!
THANKFULLY, The universal church of Jesus The Christ composed of all authentic believers from all groups and individuals who believe in Christ as their Blood covering and Lord and Savior who came in the flesh, died for them and Rose again in His Resurrection LIve . . .
WILL RESIDE THERE WITH HIM.
. . . probably minus those who are intensely addicted to idolatry and blasphemy as more important than God and His Word.

fair enough, dont cite any romish historians. cite protestants, or muslim, or unbelievers, history is history. It is right there - Look under the sword of the Roman church. Look at what the militant Nicean church crushed beneath it's iron feet. Martyrs aplenty.
it would tell me something if i cant trace my church history back to the apostles.
Even if I were to allow Apostolic Succession as valid for the sake of this argument, even the vaunted Roman church's history cannot tell us with authority where those apostles went, nor who their disciples were, and where they went. It is impossible to say where that succession may lie... which, for all intensive porpoises, nullifies succession altogether.

i believe this is another 19th century doctrine, no one heard of the “pre-trib” rapture before this. people will give up these misconceptions if they would only remember the OT = types and shadows, NT = is the fulfillment of the types and shadows. the “tribulation” is the apostasy hitting the Church, to the faithful, it is very painful to witness. soon the whole Church execpt for a remnant will be apostate, the world will rejoice as the two witnesses will be dead, but then Jesus will appear with the angels and saints those of us still alive will be caught up and taken to be with Him in the air.

Babylon is the church of the unsaved!
Given RC's own estimates that
only 20% are authentic
and true
Roman Catholics
[whatever that means],
Evidently the church of the unsaved
is comprised majorly by
'!JACK ROMAN CATHOLICS!'
(!RCINO's!)

the militant nicean Church killed no one, was Arius killed? if there are martys aplenty, can you name 3? surely there must be 3 known to non-romish history from the early 4th century!
how do you think the Church got the name “Catholic”, late in the 1st century? it is because everywhere the Apostles and disciples of Jesus and the Apostles went, they planted the same Faith, so the Church in Rome believed the same as Antioch, the same as Corinth, the same as Alexandra, etc etc. The reason the Faith was the same? It’s author was the Holy Spirit! Don’t let a few corrupt Popes from the late Middle Ages turn you from the Church!

yes, the world rejoices as the two witnesses die!!

that’s funny, St Iraneus in the late second century ( disciple of st polycarp who was taught by st john ) gave a list of all the bishops of Rome from St Peter thru the bishop in his day. He gave the list arguing against the Gnostics!
knowledge of Church History is to cease to be Protestant.

America must have enough people to awaken to provide for the victory of God and His kingdom on earth. The kingdom of heaven will prevail because some come out of their coma. We must do this so others may be drawn up in the awakening.

you seem to believe by your post that one earns salvation by having inward repentence and submitting to Jesus as Lord and Savior, i submit that is not the case.
Really?.
"That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved".

two comments:
1. that doesn’t “earn” you salvation
2. if you confess Jesus and believe God raised Him from the dead, you certainly will want your sins forgiven and you certainly will want to be part of His Body, the Church. in other words, you will do what Saul did in Acts 22:16, wouldn’t you?

( the Pope or Bishops will probably deny Jesus as the only way to salvation )
Well it seems they are already quite confused since they can't even discern that allah is not the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.

3. The Church regards with esteem also the Moslems. They adore the one God, living and subsisting in Himself; merciful and all- powerful, the Creator of heaven and earth,(5) who has spoken to men; they take pains to submit wholeheartedly to even His inscrutable decrees, just as Abraham, with whom the faith of Islam takes pleasure in linking itself, submitted to God. Though they do not acknowledge Jesus as God, they revere Him as a prophet. They also honor Mary, His virgin Mother; at times they even call on her with devotion. In addition, they await the day of judgment when God will render their deserts to all those who have been raised up from the dead. Finally, they value the moral life and worship God especially through prayer, almsgiving and fasting.

If you can make Scripture into metaphor, then it's much easier to ignore and discard and replace with your own opinions.
If you can make Scripture into metaphor, then you don't have to worry about all that judgment stuff that's in the Scripture God wrote.

Im afraid too many are putting their faith in a church rather then in Jesus Christ. Too often there is no real personal relationship and a prayer for the Holy Spirit to guide when searching for truth.

Thanks for posting this...it was really amazing to see all the connections between our government’s actions towards Israel and the nearly immediate natural and/or financial disasters that have befallen us - not to mention how it also affects the men at the top who are making these decisions.
Very interesting.
