Of course will add you to the prayers for how you handle Joseph in this trying uncertain context.
Please note . . . uncertainty and rapid rates of change are going to increase in our era. It is part of our destiny.
THANKFULLY, WE HAVE THE CERTAINTY OF THE LORD AND HIS FAITHFULNESS.
It is our sacrifice of daring to forge through our humanness, our reflexes, our insecurities
and to persistently moment by moment place ourselves mentally and actually IN HIS HANDS—THE ONLY CERTAIN HANDS THERE ARE.
In a sense, as much as we may loathe such uncertainties . . . and I really MEAN “WE,” it is HIS GIFT TO FORCE US TO TRUST HIM MORE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
I do believe that once we have a lot more such uncertainties successfully ‘crossed-the-Red-Sea-over’ that it will be at least SOMEWHAT easier to TRUST. Maybe some of us will graduate to automatically thoroughly TRUSTING HIM AUTOMATICALLY instead of automatically quivering.
It is wise to keep in mind—THIS IS BOOT CAMP. BOOT CAMP is NOT designed to be a bed of roses on Tempurpedics with peeled grapes.
This is BOOT CAMP FOR RULING AND REIGNING WITH CHRIST ETERNALLY.
EVERYTHING IS GRIST FOR THE MILL—INCLUDING OUR OWN LIVES.
And our suffering, as horrid and troublesome and feared or whatevered . . . is but one more offering we can be honored to offer up to HIM who IS EXCEEDINGLY WORTHY.
. . . WHO COUNTED NOT EVEN THEIR LIVES . . . OF WHOM THE WORLD WAS NOT WORTHY . . .
BORN FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

It’s hard enough to deal with one’s self these days.
Prayers for the strength to deal with others in their time of hardship.
Prayers up for Joseph and his friend who cared enough to post this thread on his behalf.

Addendum:
Please pray for Joseph’s family. His 21 year old nephew passed away on Sunday evening. He leaves behind small children. The family is devastated.
