A reader passes this along. It looks very similar to one that Jane Corwin filed in a recent Upstate Congressional special election.
Update: So I got off the phone with the lawyer who filed this case, and they’re impounding the non-regular ballots (i.e. absentee & provisional) because of “gross incompetence” on behalf of the Board of Elections, citing “absentee ballots being mailed to dead people and people who did not request them.”

The Repubs should do this in EVERY DANG election until the fraud and stupidity is squelched!
They also need to DEMAND all those found to be involved in such fraud to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
Anyone have a good link to results as they come in? I checked WABC in NY and with 41% in, our guy was ahead by three percentage points.,,as of a half hour ago.

I cannot understand why this particular crime is not punished _very_ severely. I’m talking 20 years, and not at Allendale. It degrades citizens’ faith in the entire system.

Weiner's lifetime ACU rating was around 5%, so even if Turner earns only a 50% rating in Congress, it's a victory. If he votes at the 90% conservative level, his constituents may replace him at re-election time. They object to things like same-sex marriage, abandoning Israel and constructing Project51 at Ground Zero -- they do not object to liberalism generally.
Vote fraud in Democratic jurisdiction has to prosecuted by those who benefit from it.
