How Can someones wife of a man that believe Jesus and satan are equals expect the Catholic and Christians to support them ? That woyuld be heracy and for us to give up all we live and believe in ! Satan has no place in the white house or any where else and our job is to displace satan and take back the land he has stolen from us NOT give to him !!!!!!!!!!

It is truly sad to read postings by Conservatives so bent on hatred of LDS members that their judgement is skewed. It is a display of bigotry toward LDS Church members. It plays to the narrative that Conservatives are bigots and mean spirited. The last time I checked LDS members have the right to practice their faith. I have no desire to associate in any way with Bigots whose blind hatred plays into the hands of the Socialists who are seeking the destruction of the very Christian faith they claim to espouse.

The LDS church does teach, as a matter of doctrine, that in the pre-mortal existence, Christ and Lucifer were both sons of God. When Lucifer rebelled against God, there was a war in heaven, and Lucifer and his followers were cast out; you’ll find this rebellion, war, and casting out in the Book of Revelation. Nowhere does the LDS doctrine teach that Christ and Lucifer are equal; quite obviously, they are not: the latter having rebelled utterly against the glory and authority of the Father of us all, and the former being God’s perfect Son, chosen to be our Savior, making redemption and salvation possible.
It might be useful to clarify what, exactly, you’re not supporting, before you break out in rampant non-support.

In addition to Revelations, Isaiah 14:12 has another reference to Lucifer falling from his place in heaven, for what it’s worth.
