Sorry for the tardy response. No, I don't have any magic formula, I just know from personal experience that when you or your leader say, "follow me", rather than "go do it", amazing things happen even when there's a good chance those who follow you will be killed for following you. People want to stand up and the Bishops have rolled over for far too long. Maybe it's just blind faith on my part that leads me to have a hunch about this being a turning point. Maybe not.
