I saw an ad last night on TV here in Idaho. It was a woman who said she was a “Cultural Catholic.”
She said she tried to observe Catholic tennants, but did not believe in God.
She then went on to say, “As a Catholic,” how she supported Obama forcing institutions to provide contraceptive coverage to women because it was not about “religious freedom,” it was about personal freedom (Obama) and “intolerance,” (Catholic Bishops).
She then also went on to applaud Obama Care, etc.
It was pretty pathetic, trying to tie herself and her anti0-catholic beilefs to the Church even though she doesn’t so much as believe in God.
To me it was simply rediculous for a woman who does not even believe in God to try and call herself a Catholic and then say “as a Catholic,” she is for Obama’s attack on the church.
Has anyone else seen this particular group? Are they from the same effort?

“We Are All Nuns – In solidarity with the nuns [sisters] who support radical feminist themes: … unwed mothers, … holistic health, … the ordination of women, … interfaith work, … planned parenthood, … the gay and lesbian community, … freedom of choice [abortion], … meditation, … banning guns, …same-sex marriage.”
Also in that list, “nofracking [sic], banning guns, the war on climate change,” and so on.
It’s time to kick them out of the Catholic church. Excommunication is the only answer to this behavior.
They are about as deserving to be Catholic as I am to be an astronaut. (hint: I am not deserving to be an astronaut).
