This case should have been heard. Shifting the responsibility of providing the coverage to the insurance carrier makes no difference as long as EWTN is cutting the carrier a check. The author is correct, it's an accounting trick but it also should serve as evidence of the machinations of the Obama administration.

She gave a commentary of Mahoney's document on the Eucharist on her network. It was filled with thinly veiled passive-aggressive, but justified, attack on its weak tea approach. Mahoney retaliated by complaining to her bishop.

Obama, previous presidents, both houses of congress, and the courts, have brought upon our nation the very same offenses the founders stated in The Declaration of Independence and other documents. The offenses that existed from the rule of the crown have now become common in our own government. The government of the United States should never be allowed to override ones religious conscience nor in such a case such as this force violation of same. No one is being denied birth control. Anyone can go into a drug store with THEIR own money and purchase it. Our government hands out birth control to "kids" like candy.

Our leaders have abandoned both the moral religious and secular principles our nations Constitution and laws were founded upon.

Mr Obama, congress, and judges, when you force The Catholic Church or any other church or the private sector to violate their religious doctrines by demanding they pay for birth control that is in fact a dictatorship. The freedom to obey & practice ones religious beliefs and abide in same are grossly violated.
