My wife and I had to take our 19 year old son Liam to the ER yesterday. We are all crushed with sadness and it is difficult to go into details but our family is in desperate need of prayers.
Praying for your son and all of you this minute.
I have a 17 year-old son, and would be crushed if anything happened to him. My prayers are now joined with yours.
Almighty and Everlasting God, the eternal salvation of those who believe in You, hear us on behalf of Your servants who are sick, for whom we humbly beg the help of your mercy, so that, being restored to health, they may render thanks to you in your Church. Through Christ our Lord. Amen

O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.
