COSTA MESA, Calif. — Paul Crouch, the televangelist who built what's been called the world's largest Christian broadcasting network, has died. He was 79.
Crouch died at his home in California on Saturday after a decade-long fight with degenerative heart disease, his grandson, Brandon Crouch, told The Associated Press.
"He was an incredible businessman, entrepreneur, visionary; he built something that impacted the world," he said.
Trinity Broadcast Network had reported that Crouch fell ill and was taken to a hospital in October while visiting the network's facility in Colleyville, Texas. He later returned to California for continued treatment of "heart and related health issues."

Crouch’s golden thrones (as seen on his TV show) seemed to echo a certain self-aggrandizement found in Rome. Hmmm.
I don’t think it would fit but I’m sure it can be condensed easily enough.
Jesus had nowhere to lay His head.

P.S. To all I don’t agree with the “ARMINIAN” theology, but I do agree with the viewpoint of being a “DISPENSATIONAL FUTURIST”.....

....other than that, Paul Crouch was a blasphemer and a false prophet, he certainly gave J. Smith and B. Young of the lds a run for their money as being America’s number 1 tool of Satan.
Servant of the Lord?
The Catholic Church and Mormons also teach that “we are god” or will become gods. They leave the impression that we are to become like God. In the Old Testament there is a word that is used where judges were called gods but it’s not the same.
AMEN. The best potential tagline I’ve ever read. Says it all.
The Catholic Church does not teach that we are to become gods. Where on earth did you get that falsehood?
We constantly strive for holiness in imitation of Jesus Christ, but doesn’t every Christian do that?

CCC 460 The Word became flesh to make us "partakers of the divine nature": "For this is why the Word became man, and the Son of God became the Son of man: so that man, by entering into communion with the Word and thus receiving divine sonship, might become a son of God." "For the Son of God became man so that we might become God." "The only-begotten Son of God, wanting to make us sharers in his divinity, assumed our nature, so that he, made man, might make men gods."
And from the teaching of those the Catholic Church holds as their “church fathers”.

- “Do we cast blame on him [God] because we were not made gods at our beginning, but first we were made men, then, in the end, gods?’ (Against Heresies 4, 38)
Clement of Alexandria
