Our Loving Father,

'Praise and Glory, and Wisdom, and Thanks, and Honor, and Power, and Might, be unto our God Forevermore.' (Rev.7:12) 'Thou art Worthy, O Lord, to Receive Glory, and Honor, and Power: for Thou hast Created All Things, and for Thy Will's Sake they are, and have been Created.' (Rev.4:11) How Glorious a God is the Lord our Sovereign King! 'Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.' (Eph.1:3) Be Praised Forever, our God Who gave us New Life!

Our Mighty One, we Offer Thanksgiving for our Troops. May our Heroes be Blessed, Strengthened, and Kept Safe. By Your Hand, O Lord of Hosts, May our Men be Invincible, through Grace. We Ask that Your Tender Care will Surround Each Man Day and Night. May our Troops Look to Heaven's King for Every Resource they Might Need. We Pray for the Defeat of their Enemies, O Holy God. 'Let them be Confounded and Put to Shame Together, that Seek my Soul to Destroy it; let them be Driven Backward and Put to Rebuke that Desire mine Hurt.' (Ps.40:14)

Your Excellency, we Pray for the Peace of Beloved Israel. May Thy Kingdom Come Soon, Lord, and Israel Shine Forth in Thy Love. What Wonderful Days are just Ahead, and how we Love You, Lord Jesus Christ! 'How Great is the Lord! How Much we should Praise Him. He Lives upon Mt. Zion in Jerusalem. What a Glorious Sight! See Mt. Thank You, our Abba, for Hearing and Answering our Prayers. 'We will Praise God Continually, and will Confess Thy Name Forever.' (Ps.44:8) 'Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, World Without End. So be it, even So be it.' (Ps.41:13) In Jesus' Name, for the Glory of the Great King of kings, amen.

IN THE COLDEST and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting Glory, and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

FROM THE BRAVE, albeit weary, ill-equipped, and untrained volunteers who marched into Valley Forge on 19 December 1777 arose, with the help of some gallant friends from across the waves, the cohesive fighting force that became the United States Army, global defender of Freedom and scourge of Tyrants.



AS GENERAL WASHINGTON lifted his prayers on high in that bleak Winter, let our prayers now rise like a fountain for our Heroes in the American Armed Forces who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and envelop them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.
