Head teacher removes minister from post at Glasgow Gaelic School after Facebook comments
A Church of Scotland minister has been removed from his post as chaplain of a Gaelic school after describing homosexuality as a "perversion" and a “disorder”.
The Rev Donald MacInnes made the comments on a Facebook page seen by some parents of pupils at the Glasgow Gaelic School.
They complained to the city council over the remarks, with one describing them as “absolutely disgraceful”.
Mr MacInnes made the comments while criticising the Scottish Government's plans to legalise same-sex marriage.
He said: "The overwhelming support of our Scottish politicians in creating same-sex marriage is very disappointing.
"Many of us, myself included, agreed that the creation of civil partnerships was necessary so that individuals suffering from this disorder were not legally penalised in any way because of their sexuality.
"We can now expect to see the school curriculum changed to the end that our children will be taught this perversion as if it were a good thing

Homosexuality as a perversion and a disorder, but we’re not supposed to tell the truth these days. Only a perverted and disordered ideology would oppose the truth, which is why I find liberalism so revolting.

What has become of society when one cannot call “perverted” acts involving the insertion of reproductive organs into the butt and the inclination to do so a “disorder?” Just because they’re legal and the (homosexual) shrinks say they’re not disorders we all have to lie or repress our thoughts and opinions?
The natural order is for penises to go into vaginas, and to think and act otherwise is a DISorder. Not everything in science is obvious, but this one is a slam dunk.
Anybody ever see that Twilight Zone episode, “It’s a Good Day,” where this evil kid kills people if they don’t “think good thoughts,” where “good” is the kid’s definition of “good?” And all the people, fearful for their lives, tell the kid how all of the evil acts that he commits are a good thing, lest they be killed for not thinking the “right way.”
That’s how I feel about the whole same-sex attraction movement.

The bible speaks of homosexuality to be an unnatural act which is an abomination, not a religion.
Wasn’t that where they passed a State Constitutional Amendment with 66 percent approval? The world gets messed up by the day!

Sounds fascinating. I’ll need to see if I can find that episode. It sure sounds like today’s Western culture(sadly).
For the gaymafia or Izlam, there is no difference between Calvinist or Catholic.
That is good. The Church of Scotland may not be perfect, but it’s in no Christian’s interest to see it slide away into the realm of ECUSA.
