Non-Catholics do not make Jesuits a distinction. That’s a uniquely Catholic habit, disliking Jesuits.

Well, I told my wife and kids about it at the dinner table that day, a half hour after it happened. And I’ve told the story to friends and family at various times since. It’s a true story, happened probably 8 years ago. If you Google “Johnstown bag lady” you’ll find out lots more about her. Pray for her. It’s a sad situation.

No, believing in multiple gods like she does precludes Catholicism. In the local press she has talked about her “visions” and what her “gods” tell her.
I read once that the ‘Mac’ or ‘Mc’ prefix meant the legitimate child and
O prefix to a name was the bastard offspring of an Irish noble.
The O preceded the surname of the mother, usually the mistress of the noble, to give the child a name but not the noble’s name and therefore any inheritance of the noble’s property.
The O is short for ‘out of’ as in identifying the mare of a foal.
