There is not one Catholic on this forum --- that I know of, and I've come here pretty near every day over the last decade --- who believes, or would say, such a disgusting falsehood.

If they did, I would be after them hammeR and tongs. Because one of the truths of our Catholic Faith is that being a visible, pew-sitting, dues-paying Catholic is NOT the only route to salvation.

In fact, the Catechism specifically repudiates this, and Catholics have been excommunicated for saying stuff like "non-Catholics are all going to hell."

Reference the late Fr. Leonard Feeney.

So please let me know just who it is you're talking about.

Our body dies; our soul does God’s work.

In this case; this model heard God’s call to serve others as a nun.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

Celibacy? Serve only God. Some people make that choice.
