There are some nasty bugs going around. Sounds like your gut flora are totally wacked. Eating BRATS is the wrong approach, but what does the AMA know about gut flora? Meat broths, yogurt, kefir, probiotics might give you the boost you need to get back to normal.

Your doc might suggest an ultrasound of the gallbladder....other than the blood, your symptoms sound very familiar.
