American actor Shia LaBeouf has been making headlines over the past year for several stunts unrelated to his previously blossoming career. Between announcing his retirement from the public eye, claiming "I am not famous anymore," to hosting an art exhibit a la Marina Abramovitch to hiring a skywriter to apologize for plagiarizing Daniel Clowes, LaBeouf has been called everything from eccentric to insane.

But then, I'm old and he DID become known among younger audiences.
“I am not famous anymore.”
I guess not. The only LaBeouf that I’m aware of is the Glen Campbell character in John Wayne’s True Grit.
I always mistook him for the actress that played Cosby’s oldest daughter, Sondra.
He was in The Greatest Game Ever Played, Transformers 1, 2 & 3, that awful Indiana Jones Crystal Skull, Holes, Eagle Eye, and other mediocre stuff.
Wasn’t he in one of the Raiders of the Lost Ark movies?
Even funnier is I have a friend who lived with Rick until just after the second assault and on the day of the Rodney King riots had found a place to crash at Nic’s place.
We still have the answering machine cassette and occasionally when running into Nic we have a laugh over it.
It speaks well of Brad Pitt who helped him to understand The Gospel.
Sure, he converted because Jews are forbidden in Hollywood, and professing Christians are beloved and welcomed, seriously?
