Heavenly Father –

We thank You, Lord, for our country and our freedoms - to worship You with a clear conscious, and most of all spread the Good News. May we never abuse our freedoms to do wrong, but to do right.

We pray for repentance, a filling of the Holy Spirit, and healing in the land. May we through the power of Your Spirt turn back much of the godlessness that has crept into our nation. May we ever be vigilant to tyranny, lest our freedoms slip away.

Protect our heroes who go into harm’s way to guard our freedoms and keep us safe. May we never forget the sacrifices they are making as well as their families to serve others, especially during the holidays. Give a special grace to all those who suffer and are persecuted for Your Name’s sake.
