Heartwarming and comforting. Good news story, ping!
I’m surprised that the left hasn’t demanded the Marine’s court martial for his unforgiveable religious expression and his absolutely unthinkable expression of heterosexuality.
That is so nice of him to pray with that lady before she gets married to her girlfriend.
Give’em time...
Did you read the entire article?
**The resulting image shows the couple turned away from each other, their hands joined, as Caleb prays out loud and Maggie tries to hold back her tears. Caleb prayed for their marriage, asking that their union be strong enough to serve as an example for all young couples, Schmidt said.**
This is a very old story but a beautiful one none the less
I did leave off the /s. :^)
A man’s man!
Pray America is wakig
Scorching hot romantic picture. I’m serious.
What the HELL are you talking about??
LOL!
See post 8. ;)
Not the first time a Marine has done this ...
I have a very similar photo of one of my sons and his bride. Holding hands. Praying around the corner so they don’t see each other. Beautiful.
NOT Enough!
Don’t worry, if the left has anything to say about it, this Marine will be chastised for sure, heaven forbid that he mentioned his religious feeling while wearing his uniform. Read just recently that an atheist wants a General who gave a commencement address to be court martialed for mentioning and giving GOD ALMIGHTY the credit for all that he has and his promotions, or the female lance corporal in the marines who was court martialed and given a dishonorable discharge because she had a religious saying on her computer. She refused to take it down sighting religious freedom. She is appealing her case. I hope she wins. What really gets me is that just a short 70 years ago, FDR while talking to the nation just as D-Day was happening, cited prayer and each and every military man was given a BIBLE as he came in service. How far we have fallen in just a short 70-75 years.
Wonderful story and photo. Thank you!
This story (and photo) too; so very very nice. Thank you!
Just when I’m ready to give up hope for the future, there always comes an example that is so uplifting and hopeful, that it resets my thinking. This couple is that uplifting moment this time.
The bad people are so vocal and high profile that they seem to be all there is out there. To be honest, there are huge numbers of good people like this. They just fly beneath the radar is all.
Thank you very much to the thread poster. I am very much in your debt for this cherished story. Thank you. You have made my month!
Did they break the first commandment? If they believe that it’s bad “luck” to see the bride before the wedding.. Then they did...
