She did a lot of good and she was given the privilege of dying on Easter Day.
Bless her heart. I really liked her and I’m not Catholic. May she rest in peace. She really had a full life and was well loved.

How fitting it is that Mother Angelica ascended to Heaven on Easter. She was tough, honest and caring.
Even though I’m not Catholic, I enjoy EWTN & am grateful to Mother Angelica for her vision.
I also consider it an honor for EWTN to be located in my State of Alabama:)

One thing I always take away from her is her incredible wit and charm and her stories and her sense of humor, but beneath that was her tenacity to do what was right for the channel she founded so many years ago and her ability to stand up against all the things going wrong within the Catholic Church. She oftentimes never minced her words.
She reminded me of my mom's mother who was sweet and gentle, always smiling and laughing and never backing down from defending everything she believed in and never once beating around the bush.
Man, that's so true. Even as a non-Catholic, I was pretty impressed with her when she would do that. There was no question where she stood on any particular topic.

I’m a Catholic because of Mother Angelica. All Catholics should strive to live their life the way she lived hers. Loving God and the Church and always teaching the truth of the faith. She backed down from no one.

I had no clue about the back stabbing from the bishops... broke my heart. She has my prayers and i’ll let them have it down here while she does it from up there. She, along with Bishop Sheen changed my life.
