CBS sitcom “The Big Bang Theory” snuck another anti-Trump message into the popular show’s credits on Thursday night, taking aim at press secretary Sarah Sanders’ appearance and Christian faith.

“God told me he hasn't spoken to Sarah Sanders since she was fourteen years old and praying for her skin to clear up. I have no reason to doubt Him,” an on-screen message during the show’s closing credits said.

As someone with a scientific degree, I have enjoyed the comedy of the show. As someone with a Catholic/Christian Faith, I have always been disappointed with the condescending attitude towards Christian beliefs put forward in the show. No discussion of Augustine, Aquinas, Catherine, Teresa, Lemaitre (Original Big Bang scientist/Priest) or others of their stature to explain Christian beliefs. "Their" show but Chuck certainly does not show a lot of tolerance in his show credit antics to reflect the world view his characters so strongly appear to profess.

Lorre, 66, tied the knot with lifestyle blogger Arielle Mandelson, 32, over Labor Day weekend 2018

I am sure it is love Arielle has for Lorre and not the 100’s of millions that Lorre has.....

Gen 1:3  And God said, Let there be light electromagnetic spectrum: and there was lightelectromagnetic spectrum .  Gen 1:4  And God saw the light electromagnetic spectrum, that it was good: and God divided the light electromagnetic spectrum from the darkness chaos.

Show was funny first year, then it became repetitious and boring.
I haven’t watched in years.

I like the show and watch it all the time. I can think of only one time where any mention of politics occurred.

Penny was briefly wearing a Hillary 2008 t-shirt. Otherwise, they have completely stayed out of current events. If Chuck Lorre includes stuff in his statement at the end nobody would know because it moves fast and is impossible to read. Maybe that is the forum he uses to vent instead of putting it into the shows.

I like the Big Bang Theory because almost of the characters are dysfunctional even though they are smart. That really emulates congress well.

I have also figured out how to deal with the end credit dissertations...the "off" switch is failsafe.

There’s a reason why this show is ending. And it doesn’t all have to do with the necessary suspension of belief with respect to Jim Parsons’ character being interested in girls.

I’m now questioning the story that he didn’t dump Molly because she lost weight.

Who in Congress is actually smart?

Hasn't he gotten the memo? To really twist in the knife, you are supposed to call God "She."

The first few years the show was entertaining.
Haven’t watch since.
Even penny’s new fake boobs didn’t help.

I figured I’d check.......

No relation to Peter Lorre. His birth name is Charles Michael Levine.

I work with SoCal teens in their Faith formation. The show promotes a secular humanist belief system. Our kid pick up on that.

Looks like he caught the Stupid Flu, too.

It must be a particularly hard strain to make him fill his pants like that.

Democrats!

Drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest.

Watch Big Bang Theory and you’ll go right to sleep.

Sheldon's mother was in town and wanted to do some site-seeing. They ended up at a Catholic Church and she had them all say a prayer. It was pretty funny when she told the Jewish Howard to say a prayer and she told the Hindi Raj he was "on deck," to pray next.

Big Bang does reflect today pretty accurately, but it also does a fair job of honoring marriage and the lives of babies.

“I like the Big Bang Theory because almost of the characters are dysfunctional even though they are smart.”

I’ve been able to identify with one and both main characters at times for that reason, but have really only enjoyed the show the past few years because of the guest stars, especially Bob Newhart.
