The public response to President Donald Trump’s positive COVID-19 diagnosis went a step beyond the malicious Friday morning, as strange accounts flooded the social media announcement with Satanic imagery and apparent curses.
Trump had taken to Twitter on Thursday evening to directly inform the nation that he and first lady Melania Trump had both contracted the coronavirus and would be quarantining at the White House, effective immediately.
“Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19,” Trump wrote.
It was only a few short minutes before the post was inevitably met by fringe left-wing aliases and public opponents of the president weighing in with all kinds of negative remarks.
Some users, however, took things well beyond the sarcastic remark or celebration of the diagnosis, directing foreign language curses and images of Satan toward the president in his sickness.
Seemingly the most common among those responses was a lyric verse or spell, traditionally written in the northwest Indian language of Punjabi.
“The dead are resurrected day and night without anyone knowing,” the users wrote, according to a translation made available by Twitter’s embedded Google Translate feature.
“Take refuge in the madness you are about to endure, or you will be drowned forever by its cold teeth, as it points out.”

Until this year, I never thought that there were actually satan worshippers or human sacrifices. QAnon, Pizzagate and Donald Trump have brought evil out of its hiding and into the main stream for anyone with an IQ above 70 to see. This stuff is really frightening.

When I was growing up back in the day, these people would have be found living in mental hospitals. They closed the hospitals and let the them out, and now they’re democrats.

What’s frightening is that people think it has power and will do anything to acquire that and then use it.

I’ve known people I discovered to be practitioners of this crap. It’s magical thinking and evilness within themselves seeking an outlet. Frustrated, jealous little souls with no accomplishments who wish to punish anyone who attained more than them.
Just like these internet fools and the various witches who publish death spells every quarter moon, none of the cretins I’ve been aware of have seen any gain from their malign attempts.

You are correct. The only thing they do is attract to themselves what they wish on others. The ones to fear are the hard core who willingly accept or already have the same fate.
The true church is the body of believers that worship in spirit and in truth. The true church is a subset of all and more mentioned in your post.
Of course, the true church will not remain in a church that denies the fundamental teaching of Christ or denies his death and bodily resurection.
