How can Bible prophecy be interpreted in light of modern events? What are the ‘last days’ and how does Scripture describe them? How does the book of Daniel, written millennia ago, factor into expecting the world as we know it to end in the future? Is time running out? What is the purpose of the Tribulation?
What does the Bible mean when it speaks of “the age” and how does it foretell of its ending?
John Hagee: Dispensationalism is a series of defined periods, or ages, in history where God’s purpose and assigned stewardship for mankind is found. There are references to “ages” and “dispensations” in Scripture and each word carries a different meaning. Whereas “age” has to do with a period of time, “dispensation” refers to an assigned stewardship occurring inside a time or age; either within an age, a complete age, or even a sequence of ages.

I have yet to find anything in the Bible that tells me I should listen to what random people say it means.
Which makes sense as people tell me all kinds of contradictory things about what the Bible says and means and they’ve done so all my life.

Agreed, but I should add that my criticism of those people is in no way a criticism of the Bible.
As with many current older pastors/teachers, while they once may have been on fire for God, nowadays they are almost useless, and their teachings are filled with holes/heresy. That said, I don’t trust John Hagee, and almost everyone else on the airwaves these days. There are very few biblically based preachers to be found.

The End Time comes when evil wins. These times could possibly be the end if we the God-fearing don’t at some point stop the evil that is engulfing us at present. I’d say it’s up to us. So yeah, now or a thousand years from now…something like that.

Well, when people asked Jesus what to look for, He answered them and gave them signs, or indicators.
It’s not hubris to believe Jesus. when He Himself tells us.

Hagee believes in dual covenant theology. He teaches that the Jews have a path to salvation apart from Jesus. It is an extreme and bizarre form of dispensationalism that is found nowhere in scripture.
I thought it was the dominant form of dispensationalism to have two covenants?

MacArthur is a dispensationalist and he doesn’t believe in dual covenant theology.
You lie. MHGinTN KNOWS what Paul taught, that IN CHRIST there is neither Jew nor Gentile. But your lying is just par for the coruse.
