However you ‘feel’ the Lord does ask us to pray for our leaders... (for our benefit as His family not necessarily theires).....it does NOT say we have to honor nor respect them. I believe this has to do with their salvation more than anything else as this scripture reflects.
As is written...1 Timothy 2:1-2...... “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for ‘all’ people — for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness....This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
I pray that they see the light of God and turn from their evil ways. That’s about all I can do.
Also there were many people who changed their minds along the way about these shots, even after they got the first ones.....Being clergy does not mean they will always be right because they aren't. ......
Anyone who makes a decision about their clergy, pastors etc. because they misjudged a situation is expecting far more than God requires we think or expect of them....and is treading on the wrong path....we are responsible for our decisions before God not man.
There was a very evil man that Jesus saved....went to church every week....when it came to prayer time he only ever said..”Thank you Jesus”....and was asked why he didn't say more.
He said if people knew how bad he was they would understand why he could only say Thank You.
He who is forgiven much is also he who is most grateful.
The wake of his destruction is nothing short of phenomenal - and not in a good way

I will never forget the very first time I saw Obama on the TV as he walked into a stage to make a speech. A cold chill ran down my spine. My husband asked me what was wrong because he said I turned white. No lie. I knew at that moment we were in trouble.
These people have been turned over to a reprobate mind and cannot be redeemed. I will instead pray that God smites them down and stops their evilness.
These votes throw such a wet blanket on Republican turnout. Many think: They’ll just stab us in the back during a lame duck session of Congress.
I bet someday Republican turncoats will help codify abortion during a lame duck Congress.

I share your frustration with the calls to submit to corrupt and immoral governmental leadership. It makes no sense.
I think that is all we can do.
We certainly can’t pray for their success.
