If I believed that the Catholic Church were just a man-made denomination, I shouldn't be a Catholic in the first place. You can change "Catholic" to "Orthodox" in that sentence, and it's still the same thing.

1. “Blessings” from Christ do not come by any action by any church, they are directly from Christ or else they are not His blessings.
2. The authority identifing His blessings are in scripture, not any any “tradition”. If they are not identified in scripture no “tradition” can honestly manufacture them.

What is the point of all this? How is it not an implicit approval of a homosexual RELATIONSHIP to bless the COUPLE? If this is not what’s being said, then shouldn’t the document have specified that only INDIVIDUALS may be given blessings?

Well, I have never been a fan of organized religion. It seems that they are more prone to falling away from the true doctrine as the years go by. And as a non-denomination Christian, over the years (decades), I have become more and more convinced that that is the best way to be.
I have been just as disappointed in well-known pastors as I have been in well-known politicians. I actually used to like Joel Osteen.... before I figured out what he really was (a motivational speaker getting filthy rich by pretending to be a man of God).
