Maybe everyone boarding a plane should be catheterized so they won't need to use the bathroom.

Now I think this is going just a damn bit too far.!!

What are the rules and when did he know them? He will not get 20 years, but he better act reall sorry or he will definately make matters much worse for himself.

20 years in prison for going to the bathroom...with 3 air marshalls on board at that? I can see detaining the man or maybe even slapping him with a fine but not 20 years. HTML Help Click here for more help

And they was mean and nasty and ugly and horrible crime-type guys sitting on the bench next to me. And the meanest, ugliest, nastiest one, the meanest father raper of them all, was coming over to me and he was mean 'n' ugly 'n' nasty 'n' horrible and all kind of things and he sat down next to me and said, "Kid, whad'ya get?" I said, "I didn't get nothing, I had to pay $50 and pick up the garbage." He said, "What were you arrested for, kid?" And I said, "Littering." ge." He said, "What were you arrested for, kid?" And I said, "Littering." And they all moved away from me on the bench there...

"Why don't they just have the marshals escort each passenger to the toilet at gunpoint, and frisk them before and after?"

Alternatively, all passengers could be issued and required to wear Depends prior to boarding.

"And just sit there and piss your pants like a good little slave? Even in prison they can't deny you bathroom breaks. I would be outraged and would find the nearest shyster to file a lawsuit against the airlines and the FAA."

LOL.. I would be embarrassed to even think of doing anything like that but I am sure someone will do it. Who knows maybe even you? Not because it is an outrage, but because there might be big bucks in it? Think of all the emotional pain and suffering in having to piss your pants? LOL

The incident was seen by two of three undercover air marshals on board, the FBI said. One of the agents said he saw Bizarro give what appeared to be a "thumbs up" to another passenger as he returned to his seat, prompting the marshals to take control of the cabin.

Oh wait! Its the Airlines fault for not printing the acceptable hand gestures in the Aircraft Safety Card next to how to use the floatation device under your seat.

"The jerk glared and gave a 'signal' to one of his buddies. What would you have done?"

Oooh. Gotta watch them signals. Feminists tell us they can be unreliable...

Twenty years, yeah. Sumbuddy better be going to them prisons for twenny years, or else they'll soon be emptying out. Why, Ms Soliah got 20 years to life and her lawyah said he'd get her out on parole in two and a half, and then Normal Mailer's favourite morderer jus up and cheated on the criminal justice system and escaped punishment (and likely parole in 2003,) so we got to get some real criminals in there! Is Richard Jewell available?

What if we began screening anyone who purchases a ticket to fly? To do this effectively would require profiling of course (this will never happen given the PC 'guilty white American guy' climate we are in). The other thing that would make sense is arming everyone from the pilots to the steward crew. Then they wouldn't have to arrest someone just for going to the bathroom (and there would not be a ridiculous 30 minute rule).

Bravo to the skyMarshals.

Have you seen the earnings statements of the airlines recently? I'm not flying anymore.
