Here is the best recap of the questions surrounding Obama’s place of birth that I can lay my hands on: Most of our presidential candidates were unquestionably born in America. Barack Obama’s father was never a US citizen. His mother was an atheistic Marxist, who rebeled all her life against traditional American values. One source notes that Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, thought that she would be the wife of big shot Kenyan politician. That would explain why she gave her son a Muslim-African name “Barack Hussein Obama Jr.” Perhaps Obama’s mother also intended for her son to grow up in Africa and to be born in Kenya so that he could follow in his father’s footsteps. There’s was one little problem for Obama’s mother: Her baby’s Daddy was already married to a Kenyan woman. So Ann Dunham ran back from Kenya with her baby and most likely scammed US citizenship for him by claiming he was born at home –outside a hospital. The totally worthless US “justice” system has failed at every step to uphold the Constitution and look into whether or not * Obama was born in Kenya * Obama’s mother may have scammed US citizenship for Barack by bringing him back from Kenya and then claiming he was born at home * Obama became an Indonesian when adopted by his step-father in Indonesia (and Barack never applied for US citizenship when he returned after four years) • Obama renewed his Indonesian passport as an adult in 1981 and traveled to Pakistan and Kenya using that document. MORE QUESTIONS .... 1 - Barack Hussein Obama has not been vetted or certified eligible to the office of president of the United States by any agency tasked to do so or authorized to do so. 2 - Not one American citizen, not one Senator, not one Representative has seen, touched or examined Barack Hussein Obama’s vault copy Hawaii birth certificate. On October 31, 2008, Dr Chiyome Fukino, Department of Health, Hawaii, issued a press release in which she stated that she had “seen and verified” that a Hawaii birth certificate for Obama did exist; she did not state what was on it nor did she state that it showed that Obama was born in Hawaii. 3 - The Certification of Live Birth (COLB) that Obama has been waving about is not a “birth certificate” as he claims, as the mainstream media claims, as FactCheck.org and FighttheSmears.com claims. The COLB is a short form, computer printed document deriving the information printed thereon from a database of information supposedly (See #13 and #14 below) taken from the original long form vault copy Hawaiian birth certificate. 4 - Factcheck.org claims to be a non-partisan organization. Factcheck.org is funded by the Annenberg Foundation on whose board Obama sat. Factcheck.org is about as non-partisan as is Obama. The Annenberg Foundation has never passed up a chance to fund a “progressive” (a.k.a., Marxist) cause. 5 - Hawaii has a law, HRS 338-17.8, which allows for the birth registration of a child born in a foreign country so long as one parent is a U.S. citizen and so long as that parent claimed Hawaii as his or her permanent residence for one year prior to the birth. Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama met both of these requirements. 6 - If Obama was born in Hawaii, he is, at best, a dual citizen. At his birth, his father was a British subject as Kenya was a British colony. Dual citizenship precludes Obama from eligibility under Article II, Section 1, United States Constitution. Prior cases decided by the United States Supreme Court, involving the determination of “natural born” have used Vattel’s “The Law of Nations” definition which states, “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” (Part I, Chapter 19, Section 212). Factcheck.org states that Obama was a dual citizen at birth. 7 - If Obama was born in Kenya, he was, at birth, a British subject as Kenya was a British colony. American law, at that time, required that Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama be a minimum of 19 years of age at his birth to confer to him her American citizenship if he was born outside the United States; she was only 18 years old when Obama was born. 8 - Barack Hussein Obama’s paternal step-grandmother has stated before witnesses, said witnesses signing affidavits, that she was witness to the birth of Obama in Kenya. See here, here, and here. 9 - Michelle Obama has stated that Barack Hussein Obama was adopted by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen. 10 - When Barack Hussein Obama was registered at the Fransiskus Assissi Primary School in Jakarta, Indonesia, his father was listed as Lolo Seotoro; his citizenship as Indonesian; his name as Barry Soetoro. 11 - When Stanley Ann (Dunham) Soetoro divorced Lolo Soetoro in 1980, the divorce papers show they had two children: one minor child (Maya), one over 18 (Barack). 12 - When Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, became an Indonesian citizen, his British citizenship would have been terminated; if he was born in Hawaii, also his American dual citizenship. Indonesia does not allow for dual citizenship. 13 - Returning to the COLB. This document, as waved about by Obama, may be authentic on its face (See #14), but it is not accurate. Were it accurate, it would show Lolo Soetoro as his father; his name as Barry Soetoro. 14 - The COLB Obama waves about lists the race of his biological father as “African.” African is not a race any more than American is. This brings into question the authenticity of the COLB Obama is waving about as his “birth certificate.” 15 - If Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, did become an American citizen, he became a naturalized American citizen which precludes him from eligibility under Article 2, Section 1, United States Constitution. There has been no proof presented that he is even a naturalized American citizen. 16 - Barack Hussein Obama has multiple aliases: Barry Soetoro, Barry Dunham, Barry Obama, Barack Soetoro, Barack Dunham. When he registered with the American Bar Association, he listed none of these as is required by law. Unless he had his name legally changed to Barack Hussein Obama after his adoption, of which there has been no proof presented, Barry Soetoro is his real name and Barack Hussein Obama is an alias. 17 - All his passport records, education records, medical records, birth records have become “not available” to the public. Those records show where he was born, if he applied for or received aid as a foreign student, the country or countries from which he has received passports. 18 - His selective service registration appears to be fraudulent. If he was a naturalized American citizen when he turned 18, and he failed to register with the selective service, he is barred from holding any position in government, elected or otherwise. 19 - If he is not even a naturalized citizen, he is barred from holding any elected office. 20 - If he is not even a naturalized citizen, he is an illegal alien.

It would be highly unusual to take a URL offline for longer than it takes to replace the file with a newer version. Not hours, yet it was offline for hours, in fact you would not even need to take it offline while you were editing it, even without explicitly making a copy and editing that. Editors make a temporary copy, and at worst the file would be locked for editing, but not for reading. Hers was not the only case to be offline. Nor was the SC site the only one where pages went missing. There was at least one at state, which also bore on Obama, in this case on the "inappropriate" access of the passport files of Senators McCain, Clinton, and Obama.
It could indeed be used as "reason to believe" that the BC would produce "proof" that could be used in court.
When a police officer files an affidavit for a search or arrest warrant, she doesn't have to prove that the information sought is present, or that a crime has been committed. Just demonstrate that there is "reasonable cause to believe" that the evidence sought will be present and/or that a crime had been committed.
No they haven't. They have said they have a copy of his original (meaning original Hawaiian) birth certificate, aka the vault copy), they have not said anything about what is on that certificate, or even which sort it is.

On the one hand, we have everyone from private citizens, the mainstream news media, and Chief Justice Roberts running around so worried that Obama's FIRST oath of office was not legal according to the laws of the Constitution of the United States that Obama took his oath of office again the very next day, Jan. 21, with Chief Justice Roberts again administering the oath.
Now everyone was satisfied and relieved that Obama was legally the President of the United States according to the laws of the Constitution of the United States. (NOTE: Why Obama did not use a bible is something a reporter should ask Obama about.)
2. On the other hand, during all these months of campaigning, the same mainstream news media and public officials like Chief Justice Roberts were conspicuously silent and did not seem upset whatsoever that there was so much controversy surrounding Obama's eligibility to run for President according to the laws of the Constitution of the United States in the first place.
3. My point is this: Doesn't the presidential eligibility clause in the Constitution of United States mean anything anymore to anybody?
4. Isn't the presidential eligibility part of the Constitution of the United States just as important as the part dealing with the President's oath of office?
5. So please help me to understand something: Why, when it comes to President Obama, the exact words that Obama spoke in taking his FIRST oath of office are so important to the mainstream media and to government officials like Chief Justice Roberts, while, on the other hand, the question of whether or not Obama was even eligible to be president according to the laws of the Constitution does not seem to bother or mean anything to the mainstream media and to government officials like Chief Justice Roberts?

However, I do not believe a judge would grant a search warrant to an officer who stated in an affidavit "I read on an Internet blog that some guy claims to have a video tape of a woman who claims to be Obama's grandfather's third wife while claiming she was at Obama's birth in Kenya."

Why is it so important for Obama to get the Oath of Office correct, but authorities and the news libs decide to ignore the “natural born citizen” requirement (which looks like it rules Obama ineligible for the Presidency)?

I have been lurking here since 2002 and would be doing so still were it not for the peculiar abuse directed at Lurking Libertarian.
Having read the majority of the threads dealing with the Obama NBC controversy, it has become manifestly apparent that a number of you are foolishly denigrating the one individual who has consistently and correctly explained federal appellate procedure—and most particularly the rules by which the USSC operates. I have no practical experience in this area but based upon 25 years as a lawyer I can make a reasoned judgment as to the expertise of LL: The man knows what he is talking about and backs it up with citations to the Rules of Court and relevant case law.
Despite this, I see lay people—and a few who claim to be attorneys—snap that LL is wrong while they, themselves, referece legal authority which is either not relevant or badly misunderstood. There is nothing magical about being an attorney and a non-lawyer can be as right—or wrong—as someone admitted to practice. But, folks, if you don’t know how to read a docket do not foolishly pick a fight with someone who does.
And, yes, try to get your heads around the one concept that LL has been patiently trying to explain for weeks: If a case is properly docketed with the Supremes, and if said case is brought to obtain cert., it always goes to conference, whether cert. is ultimately granted or not. What most cases do not get is a “discussion” at that same conference. The fact that the case is distributed for conference is meaningless. All properly docketed cases seeking cert. go to conference. ALL. In the past LL has suggested that anyone disagreeing with this fundamental truth produce a docket entry wherein cert. was denied without first having gone to conference. Instead, people call him a liar and disruptor, and object to his “tone”, without offering up the goods which would prove him wrong.
It is time to recognize that FR has a great resource in LL and some might consider soliciting his opinion on matters of civil procedure and the truly arcane workings of our highest court. But pride goeth before the fall.
You can label me a troll, or whatever, but to see a person like LL excoriated because the truth is not to your liking, isn’t going to assist in obtaining that MSM attention you crave regarding the birth status of BO. So if you want to keep on relying on supposed experts like that fellow who keeps running for Congress—and who has never argued before the Court despite all his posturing about the seminal cases he has steered through the federal system—be my guest. As far as I can tell, LL is what he is. He doesn’t puff up his resume and hint at Supreme Court victories that he does not have. He’s a working stiff who has sought cert. and been unsuccessful, the most common of outcomes. But unlike someone else who comes to mind, he has not pretended that a history of low level involvement in the preparation of amicus briefs qualifies him as a legal titan.

In referring to 'natural-born citizen', Justice Gray writes, "The Constitution nowhere defines the meaning of these words, either by way of inclusion or of exclusion, except insofar as this is done by the affirmative declaration that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." In this as in other respects, it must be interpreted in the light of the common law, the principles and history of which were familiarly known to the framers of the Constitution." He goes on to detail instance after instance where English common law clearly states that persons born in the country are natural-born citizens regardless of the nationality of their parents. Justice Gray also points out that "The Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution...contemplates two sources of citizenship, and two only: birth and naturalization. Citizenship by naturalization can only be acquired by naturalization under the authority and in the forms of law. But citizenship by birth is established by the mere fact of birth under the circumstances defined in the Constitution. Every person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, becomes at once a citizen of the United States, and needs no naturalization."
The whole Ark decision can be summed up in that. Two classes of citizenship, not three. Children born in the U.S. are citizens at birth and need no natrualization. Nationality of the parents are, in most cases, irrelevant to the nationality of the child if born in the U.S. Under all this Obama is clearly qualified for the presidency if he was born in Hawaii.

Per the Constitution, Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency in several different ways.

That’s honestly what I’m afraid of at this point. They’ll say — Well, Obama is good enough, and he’s promised all these good things for us, let’s just let it slide... And just like everything that socialists do to a country they will establish a precedent for future political power, and then we will be “open” for a TRUE dictator to come in and take MORE power from the people — especially if they are ignoring something as important as citizenship when it comes to the Office of President.
When you see the fawning and clamoring of Obama it gets sickening. This man is the closest thing I’ve seen in my life, at least, to being an “anti-Christ”-like figure. Even those who should be opposing him on principle, and ideology are backing down and even in some cases SUPPORTING his decisions. And, we all know the press is so hung up on him already that there is virtually no way they will give an opportunity to someone to speak on this issue in any real “national” media production (TV News, Talk Shows, Papers, etc... Esp. the big networks, and the major papers).
Obama doesn’t fulfill the scriptures or anything like that (he’d have to be friendly with Israel for one, and whether he was born in Kenya or Hawaii that part wouldn’t fit either! LOL). However, the one thing he does have is this extraordinary draw of people — most of whom are probably missing a true connection with God and therefore have a space in their hearts that Obama is filling instead — a false idol. You might as well paint him gold and give him horns because he IS the golden calf that will lead us to slaughter I’m afraid... The praise and aura around him are quite frightening for anyone who does have faith in God because it all seems to evil in a way... And, like most brilliantly evil people he is manipulating people’s emotions to expand his power and force his way...
I fear all Americans are in great danger right now of losing everything we hold dear - as in our Constitutional and God-given Rights. I’ll be the first to admit that our government has NOT being doing a good job following the Constitution in the first place, but that’s been happening for almost a century now (the semi-socialist laws and such). However, to say that we have failed and have strayed so far from the spirit of our Constitution as Obama has basically stated when signing his executive orders yesterday is NOT the truth. However, HIS plans which will be pushed through under the guise of “restoring” rights supposedly gone are only going to place MORE power with the Federal Government... And when the Federal Government gets too strong like this THAT will cause us to fail as a country.
With the Fairness Doctrine on the table, and their proposal to end Presidential Term Limits, as well as that Gun Sales and Licensing Act pushed by Black Panther Bobby Rush, and add in the financial bailouts and partially “nationalizing” the banking system now, and one can start to see where if we are not careful we could be heading exactly where Venezuela went just a few years ago. People don’t think it could happen here, but dictators really don’t care who they hurt, and the Constitution is just a piece of paper if it’s standing in the way of someone, or a group of people who really have an agenda to make the nation in their ideological image (in this case — COMMUNISTS). They can make up a host of excuses, and again pay lip service to rights, and all the while be stripping us of them by emotionally blackmailing the public to agree. It’s a very dangerous time for our country and I hope we make it through to reverse some of the damage Obama and the Democrats will do now that they are in control. At least that’s what I’m praying for right now.
It’s not even so much Obama that I’m afraid of, but those Presidents who come after this term. What socialists never realize is that even if the person they choose to lead people is relatively “good” and even if the system is set up “well” it ALWAYS leads to oppression! Once the system is established the power is there, and people BEHIND those who are at the top are ALWAYS trying to get to the top themselves and be the one “in charge”. Look at what happened in Russia with all the deaths of their leaders during the Cold War (esp. right before Reagan got into office). This is the kind of situation that allows the Hitlers and Stalins, and Chavezes of the world to gain control. It’s simple human greed that will propel someone into the office who will use every bit of their power against the people.
Somehow we Conservative have got to stop them from passing some of these bills... I’m not sure HOW though since our Congressional Reps. and Senators are barely EVER accountable to the people - it’s like they get to Washington and their push their PERSONAL agenda and ideas and don’t give a second thought to the fact that they are supposed to represent what their CONSTITUENTS want, not what THEY think is best!
