Posted on 04/28/2013 10:15:40 AM PDT by jongaltsr

I would like to start (IMMEDIATELY) the process to dispose of Rhino John McFrain McCain. I need to know the documents necessary to start that process (IMMEDIATELY - not tomorrow but TODAY).

I need to know who to start the process with, Documents necessary and anyone who would be able to start a web site just to get signatures and get the ball rolling.

JonGaltSr (Freeper since 1995 (or manybe it was 1996).

Thanks

Do it now. We haven't the time to doodle with this. HE MUST BE ELIMINATED - ASAFP ("F") designates a expletive deleted.

They’ve tried a couple time in AZ to recall the old fool, never succeeded. The voters still believe his lies.

Palin can sit down and stay out of this one. McCain is out of control.

Recall the guy now, and this will leave long enough to vote a real leader to replace him.

It is a wast of time. The effort is better used on other things.

We tried that once, and failed, I have no intrest in trying again. If he were to be recalled, who would run against him that could win?

Article 8 describes the process.

He put up black hypnotic signs last time and had the local press smear J.D. Hayworth. Even Freepers were cutting Hayworth down. The Democrats only run token opposition because McCain is one of them. The old lizard is in for as long as he wants. Hate to tell you.

I don’t think a states voters can recall a U. S. Senator once elected. They must wait for the next election.

Senators and Representatives cannot be recalled. There is no Constitutional process. The only recourse is to stop re-electing them.

A recall of a US Senator is not constitutional. You will have to wait until 2016.

Even Freepers were cutting Hayworth down.

Yup! It wasn't just the Arizona voters who got Juan reelected. A lot here were regurgitating the same crap the state controlled "media" was spewing about Hayworth. I voted for J.D. in the primary. Voted "None of the Above" in the general. McCain still has the senior vote here in Arizona. J.D. got clobbered from both sides.

They call them elections. The good people of Arizona spoke loud and clear on that subject. One John Sidney Mc Cain is who they wish to represent them and their views in rge Senate of the United States of America.

Oh, I know, too well. I’ve still got bruises from Turd Blossom Republicans supporting the old fool.

Like others have said, there is little chance of any recall succeeding against McVain, but if you need an exercise in futility, you would need to start with a recall petition. Each state requires a certain percentage of registered voters to sign the petition in order for it to be considered for placement on either the next election ballot or on a special election ballot.

Once the signatures are verified by the AZ SOS, I’m not sure what the next step is in getting the measure on the ballot. I don’t know if it is automatically added to the next ballot or if there is an additional step that must be completed prior to getting it on the ballot.

However, once it has been successfully added to the ballot, you will just have to wait until the next election before your measure to recall him goes down in defeat.

Good luck!

I can’t figure out why Arizona re-elects him.
Actually, I did not know you could remove by recall a federal officer.

Yeah, and the old fool went to the right of Duncan Hunter on immigration during that election and PROMISED to secure the border and stop pushing amnesty. They believed the lies.
