Whether it's Cruz/Carson or Carson/Cruz, the Democrat ticket will have reason to worry. An Hispanic&Black ticket is the GOP's best hope to beat Hillary, or who ever is the nominee. This ticket will have the left leaning media in a state of panic. They can't bash a minority ticket. And what will Debbie Wasserman do? Accuse Ted and Ben of wife beating? If Hillary is the nominee and she is up against Cruz/Carson, will be interesting to see how she tries to tear down the first "Black/Hispanic Ticket".
Or Bush or Krispy Kreme or Linseed.

The whole minority angle is just a talking point to shove into the stupid faces of the affirmative action freaks who care about that. If they were both white, it wouldn't change the substiantial power of the ticket. My only concern is Carson's point of view on the second amendment. I was under the impression he was wishy washy on it. But, then again, we have Cruz, and, as long as a person is a man of honor, I am willing to forgive divergences in certain policies. This is in contrast to Romney who was simply a liar, a product of the Mormonic cult, so I could never support someone of such a foul disposition.
So with identity politics the GOP can out-Democrat the Democrats?

I agree. Hiring or electing someone solely because of their race or gender is what liberals do. Cruz and Carson are both smart, successful men on their own accord.
Best case scenario. Cruz/Carson VS Crisp/Wasserman.

Alternatively, on the same principle by which “Margaret Thatcher [was] not a woman,” Cruz isn’t Hispanic at all.
I’ve stated my respect for Carson as a surgeon many times, but IMO he is being used (by someone “out there”) as a token draw.
Carson is an example of a true American success story, unlike Obama. The liberals don’t want their black voters to know that they do have equal opportunity if they just work for it.

If Cruz runs and wins the nomination he’s from Texas so he’s going to need to pick somebody from say FLa, Ohio, Penn etc for VP. A must have state.

I don’t think the minority ticket-punching will do anything to help. It only matters when the minority is a liberal and will dole out the goodies to layabouts. The MSM will attack Cruz and Carson as if they were white, and the usual race baiters will pile on.
Just be clear: TED CRUZ WANTS TO LET ILLEGALS STAY.
When he says ‘amnesty’, he only means no path to citizenship. He actually wants to let more 3rd worlders in to do work that Americans used to be quite happy to do. (Did aliens abduct these workers? Ted, what did we do before illegals came to suck us dry?)
