I believe CA is no longer winner take all. I think it's now district by district. If it's an open primary I would think it still favors Trump, but Sen. Cruz has been on a roll lately.

Cruz has been running non stop radio ads on KFBK (Sacramento) during Rush’s 3 hour show to no effect. Trump will take the vast majority of California’s Congressional Districts.
In California, among the rank and file, “Ted is Dead”...(except to the RINO California Republican Party Heads who really want Hillary!)
