So far, I have not seen any signs that Trump considers Gary Johnson a threat; but at some point Trump may need to dispatch Johnson by pointing out his kowtowing to Black Lives Matter. Once this seed is planted, Milwaukee and other riots yet to occur will eat away at Johnson's campaign.

Don’t bet the life of your guardsmen on your wish.
I was in DC during the MLK riots after he was killed and in N California when Reagan was not our governor during the UC riots. I knew men who were guardsmen in Va/Md and California during those riots, and they had no bullets.

Some years ago, I was talking to a guy who was a National Guardsman. He told me that, on riot duty, they would issue the rifles without bolts. But he kept his own privately-owned bolt in his pocket...
