A week ago, you could just see this unfolding and Hillary’s campaign crew just watching from the distance. No one wanted to change the schedule or make use of a good PR moment. I’d say in Louisiana....that boosted Trump by five-percent and virtually guarantees him the state.

Bingo! Trump has the energy to do it too unlike Hillary. In LA Trump was acting like he was already the president - by bringing help to people. That’s not a bad thing.
