Thanks. She certainly needs a special guardian. Wish she had one tonight.

My husband, a psychiatrist, who is standing right next to me says you are wrong.

Does your husband have an opinion Michael Schavio, per chance?

Is living with God a worse alternative?

The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. The Lord did not anywhere that I can think of say: "Well, if you cannot stand taking care of your sick loved one disconnect the feeding tube."

The Lord allows us the free will to see how fast and how far we fall into the path of least resistance - in this case---disconnect the tubes!

When so many chapters are hooked into insurance providers and euthanisiacs have infiltrated their centers and their boards, it is time for an overhaul or better yet, a complete investigation of the inner workings.

Insurance companies pay them. Insurance companies pay hospitals. Hospice is less expensive.

What is your alternative to hospice for a terminally ill person?

So very comforting to allow those we love to die without pain and suffering, isnt it? Comforting for them (I guess) and for those whose lives are inconvenienced by approaching death.

I don't know where this rant came from, but a member of my family was at my dad's side every minute of every day, since he was in his OWN HOME.

You've got a burr under your saddle about hospice. AFAIC, it's a wonderful alternative to dying in a hospital.

"What needs to be done now is a private investigation on Felos, Schiavo, Greer, and the hospice."

Yes, they do appear to be in a bit more of a frenzy than the situation would warrant on their side, don't you think?

The brain's primitive functionality located in the cerebellum remains active even though conscious thought found the cerebral cortex is non-existant. If EKG readings cannot find synapse activity, a person could have a beating heart for many years with a feeding tube, but it is impossible for a person to recover their cognitive activity once synapse activity ceases.

You would have a better chance at being taken seriously if you didn't confuse the completely different terms EEG and EKG. Especially since it was pointed out to you earlier.

Please see LadyDoc's post 257 for a refutation of your assertions.

Everybody relax.....Terri has been moved back to the Hospice in Pinellas Park. She left the Clearwater Hospital where she had been moved and is returning via ambulance to the Hospice Center.

OH fine. So she'e back in the care of the Hemlock Society again?

You have no brain EKG!

You might have brain waves that could be shown on
an EEG.

From the videos she is obviously not vegetative or comatose. You are buying the false media reports.

"Yeah if Terri is alive he can't go forward with his wedding"

Of course he could. All he would have to do would be to grant her a divorce. But wait, then he could not control weather she lives or dies or who can and cannot have access to her.

This guy needs to be looked at real hard. "

Oh normal people would do this. Scott Peterson could have gotten a divorce and had Amber or other woman but then there was money involved. Michael Petserson could have gotten a divorce and had his bi-sexual life but then there was money involved. These physcos only think of self and do not see any thing wrong in what they do

If he succeeds in killing her, I want an autopsy done and the books audited.

Me too. I wish a little birdie would remind Mr. "Menendez" Schiavo that attempted murder doesn't get the Needle.

"MSNBC had a short report that her "husband" moved her back to the hospice so her family can visit her there...yeah right."

Oh my, how they try to cloak their every vile deed in a silken wrap of goodness. He probably flattened the tires on the ambulance to bump her all the way back. Wouldn't surprise me if his slithering lawyer and that Judas Judge didn't help him.

NO, she is not stable -- not that her family was privy to the test results from her admission.

AND they'd previously said at the hospice that they were unable to reinsert the feeding tube -- though that is not true, it shows where their heart is (nonexistent).

She's been moved back into hell if this is true.

I started to post that this judge needs to assign a guardian tonight because in 5 days she may be in irreversible renal failure but you know what? She's a fighter and God is giving her strength. She now has fluids and nutrition going. We need to keep the faith and pray that her organs heal on their own. There is a reason why she's still here and isn't ready to die IMO
