Thanks for the post. I didn't know she was on Mike Reagan's show.

"Asked Christopher Reeve's organization about three or four times for help and he is too busy with other projects. "His plate rather full with his pursuits."

I guess I'm too busy to contribute to his organization. I just lost a lot of respect for him. Even though he is a liberal, I thought at least his voice would help the disabled. Seems like the only disabled he wants to help is himself.

Nyer posted a good report from the priest who is on scene from Michigan to help. If you will go to the religion forum, it is there (Fr. Rob something part 1). She's posting it in two parts. For some reason, she felt that it couldn't be posted in news.

Reason I mention it is that it makes a better rebuttal to MS' statements on LKL than the attorney did on the MR show imo. There are lots of point-by-point statements refuting MS.

I saw him years ago center stage in his wheel chair at the DNC in Chicago and knew he would never go to bat for conservative causes. It's ironic, but if his wife had been like MS, he could have had the plug pulled on him. The only difference as I see it is that his brain still functions normally, unlike MS. Otherwise I see no difference between the two cases.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that You have provided this place where like-minded people can gather on behalf of this mother's child. Bring all manner of research before us, Father, and send it forth where you deem best, for we are joined in agreement that our hearts' desire is to have this defenseless woman freed from the pit of hell and returned to the wondrous love of her parents. Thank You for making this battle known before the people ... give them a hunger and thirst for the truth ... set it before them ... may they know that they are looking upon the faces of evil, but they are also looking upon the Justice of God.

Father, this day, and in the days to come, there are those who will appear in the courts of men, seeking again to withdraw water and food from this dear child. Thank You that "Forever, O Lord, Thy word is firmly fixed in the heavens." Psalm 119:89. The words of men cannot change it. Boldly proclaim, in the courts and in the public arena, that You are Sovereign God ~ "In His hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind." Job 12:10 ~

O, Father, pierce the hearts of wicked men, that they might repent before it is too late ...

"Who considers the power of thy anger, and thy wrath according to the fear of thee? So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:11-12

Thank You for the beauty of Your words ... thank You for their simplicity. Use this simplicity to confound the deeds and words of the wicked ... show us the Word of Truth in the defense of Terri ... show us the evil in the words of those who would kill her. May the evil in the hearts of these men come pouring out in utter confustion and contempt ... may these same words fall back upon them as witness to their intent. Bind their hands, lest they do further harm. Stand watch over Terri until her day of release ... encourage her family ... be their every provision ... honor their love for their daughter as they have honored the bonds of love You have given to the human family.

May Your Name be glorified this day, Great God ~ in our homes and on the street and in the workplace and in the halls of Justice ... thank You that but a few righteous will cause You to move mightily in the affairs of men. Increase our ranks, dear Lord ... that blessings upon this woman and this family and this country may increase as well. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

Generally liberals, I have noticed, are interested in causes that benefit other liberals.
