Once it is discovered that an award is based on false testimony, the payer is now the injured party. An injured party can certainly sue for perjury and damages to reclaim damages.

interesting -- thanks. I wonder what the likelihood is that would happen; someone said up this thread that the 'payer' had gone out of business.

However, the injured party no longer exists. The insurance company that paid the award has been out of business for some time now.
