There has been a long and often close relationship between
the Anglican and Catholic Churches. In certain situations

I understand that there is also an Anglican Use liturgy

I was attending the Epicopal Church locally until this scandal broke. Liberal clergy here in Portlandia are supporting the gay bishop. Go figure. For me, it is back to Lutheran services.
