Out of curiosity, how are you tracking ABCCBSNBC? I browsed some of the cable channels yesterday and was actually surprised that this story is being ignored.

I've been watching ABCNEWS.COM, CBSNEWS.COM, MSNBC.COM, and Google News Search. But mostly just trying to catalog the FR threads. :)

Thanks! I understand perfectly. No one expects you to actually watch ABCCBSNBC, that would be pure torture.

We should get a picture of the character Bill Lumberg from Office Space....and maybe put Jay Rockefeller's head on it, with the suspenders and the coffee cup and bad glasses, and have him saying "Did you get the memo?"

This resource might help:

That was why I asked...can you imagine? Ye gads! I don't even go down near those single digit channels!

Nice chart.

Kit Bond had an interesting comment on FNC this AM, to the effect that the Dems have leaked intel in such a way as to make it impossible for Republicans to refute without jeopardizing classified intel. The perfect political weapon, it seems.

I'm not so sure the Dems aren't shooting themselves in the foot with the general public: politics is one thing, security -- for both the troops and the homeland -- is quite another. I guess it depends on how successful the media is at spinning attention away from the scurrulous intent the memo exposes, and portray it instead as an indication of a noble concern by the Dems as to the veracity of the White House -- as the NYT does here.

That success depends on how many Americans think there is any nobility left in politics, on either side of the aisle.

Perfect characterization of what, in fact, is actually happening already. Sigh.

Thanks for the flag.

Suggest you add Time, Newsweek, PBS,
US News & World Report, LA Times, and Chicago Tribune.

Grit thanks for your bird dogging this issue and posting these excellent threads.

Timesink, another example of how the NY Slimes continues to be the world leader in lies and spins in its continual effort to lynch GW.

"No one expects you to actually watch ABCCBSNBC, that would be pure torture."

Forcing a conservative to watch ABCNNBCBS is prohibitied by the latest Geneva Convention.

I like it. Already the "memo" itself has become a footnote in the story.

I checked most of your article links directly at the source for an easy link to the memo. I noticed that the Post Toasties were spinning it the hardest (for their Democrat masters, of course) with their page setup.
