PRAISE REPORT!!!

I talked to Nana's son about an hour ago, and Nana WAS able to have the laparoscopic surgery!!! She'll PROBABLY be going home in the morning sometime. He was headed to the hospital when he called. SO! THANK YOU DEAR LORD!!! And thank you, precious Freepers for praying for my friend.

And, if y'all don't mind...that tall guy who goes and visits Logan? That Cowboy character? He had THREE root canals done today. No, he doesn't know I've put this up here. No, I don't care. Please say a prayer for him, too.

And thank you to EVERYONE who prayed for Logan's Nana!!!

I pray for Logan. I pray for Nana. I pray for TC's daughter. But now you want me to pray for a Marine?

Dear Lord, let ElRoy recover quickly and fully from this surgery. Let him have a long, happy and healthy life, and Lord in Your Mercy please see fit to increase his IQ that he may improve himself and overcome the shame of being a Marine.

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that Your hand has been upon BG's beloved friend, Nana, throughout these days. Thank You that her surgical procedure was so successful this morning ... may she rest well this night and return to her beloved family in the morning. Continue to strengthen her unto the time of a complete return to health, for great is the need of precious Logan for her nurturing in his miraculous life. We praise You for Your goodness and mercy, O Lord, now and forevermore, Amen ...

And may it be thus, O God, that Your healing hand would mightily rest upon Logan's beloved TC ... take from him any pain or distress from his oral surgeries, that he might rebound quickly and thoroughly, for he, too, is so needed in the life of this little boy. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

"No, he doesn't know I've put this up here."

Those guys in your drive with the dark glasses on might be vacuum cleaner salesmen.
Don't be concerned about the bulges under their coats.
Those guys always carry a lot of business cards.

And that package they attached to the underside of your car is probably a freebie car deodorizer.

I just got in and I'll add my prayers for Nana's recovery when I talk to God in just a minute.
She sounded strong when I talked to her by phone a few minutes ago.
They took out two stones and the gall bladder - all with lapro.....laprosopcop........that lap thing.
I wish I had some of her pain killer tonight...

Thank y'all for the prayers, dear folks, and thank you, BG, for posting it.

I'm glad Logan's Nana had the easier surgery and I'm praying for a quick recovery, she needs to get back to playing with Logan.

And to Texas Cowboy all I can say is "OUCH" and send along a few prayers for a quick healing. I pray for Faith and Logan too. God bless them all.

Thank God, I know you and TT's Nana are really close buds.

Hope this is it for her in the body repair dept.

I am still wondering about the dream I had that Beth is pregnant with a baby girl. Please let us know if something is brewing. TT wa also being baptized in the dream. It was a black Pastor and not clear on denomination. But that could be Christian TV being on while I nap.

To: Brad's Gramma; All

I am so glad to hear Nana is doing well...and sorry to hear about TC--ouch!

I am asking for a few prayers for the soul of my husband's grandfather, who passed away yesterday at the age of 79. He had been fighting cancer and learned a few months ago it had spread...he chose not to undergo further treatment. He was a WWII vet, father of two, grandfather of 5, and great-grandfather of 4 (my sil is expecting #5 in May). He didn't get to meet our youngest, who is just under 4 months old. Of course, my husband is very devastated as is the rest of the family. 'Pappaw' will be missed (his name was Theodore). We will be leaving tomorrow to go back for the funeral, so please don't feel slighted if I don't reply. Your prayers are appreciated!

Praying for Nana's quick recovery. And adding a prayer for a quick recovery for TC and his triple root canal! May he be back to the Texas salsa in no time.

Logan, your little buddy Oliver had a rough day today. You know how you used to get poked and prodded a lot by doctors? Well, today Oliver went boom and his head hit the bottom of a banister (the staircase itself is gated off, of course, and he fell on carpet except for the forehead that hit that stupid bannister!!!) that was sharp squared wood. Ooooh, the blood. Scared Mama to death.

Well, his pedi said that he only sews up the horizontal cuts at the brow line, not the vertical ones like the 1/2 inch cut Ollie got, and sent him to a plastic surgeon.

Logan, he got OUCHED big time by those big shots right in his face. He was NOT HAPPY. Mama had to help hold him while he got 4 tiny stitches in his face. Doc said it would still scar but just to a thin line. When we got home, he was all bandaged up and happy to play with his toys, while Mama was ALL JELLO CRASHED ON THE COUCH. LOL.

But the plastic surgeon was really cool -- he was a "ring doctor" and had sewn up about a million prizefighters; I recognized SOME of those famous faces on the wall.

Hoping Nana is feeling better and TC too.
