BISBEE - The three illegal immigrants involved in the carjacking and beating of a woman and her daughter early Thursday morning in the Hereford area have been charged by the Cochise County Sheriff's Department.
Each man was charged with the same offenses involved in the incident in which they reportedly pulled a 35-year-old woman and her 14-year-old daughter from a vehicle as the pair was about to leave to take the girl to school, said Carol Capas, a spokeswoman for the department.
She said the charges each of the three face are armed robbery, aggravated robbery, first-degree burglary, motor vehicle theft, conspiracy, two counts of kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault.
The names of the accused, all Mexican nationals who entered the United States illegally, are Alfredo Meza Beltran, 23; Arthur Hernandez-Hernandez, 18; and Andres Enrique Valenzuela-Valenzuela, 22, Capas said.
Their first appearance before a judge was Friday and they were each given a $75,000 bond. The trio, who are being held in the Cochise County Jail, also are on a federal immigration hold.

McCain is actually up for re-election this year. But it doesn't look like he'll have any opposition in the Republican primary, and I assume whoever the Democrats run would be much worse. Flake is expected to win although he does have one declared opponent so far in the Republican primary.

Good hearing from you Gallegos.
They need to send a messege you want to break our laws you will be treated accordingly
The first law illegals break is when they enter this country illegally. To bad our Federal government doesn't think like you and treat them accordingly and then deport them.

That's pretty much where I'm at. However much I disagree with McCain on some issues, he's still good on defense and foreign policy, plus we just can't afford to lose any Senate seats to Democrats.

I wish they would follow the laws and enforce them.Agreed.
I got in a big agrument with my Dad about this. He's a Republican who will go along with whatever GWB wants. I hate to say it that my Dad has just thrown in the towel on controlling our borders and enforcing immigration law saying it can't be done. He might have given up on this but I havn't.

It's getting close to the time when We, the People must act if our government doesn't live up to its primary duty and obligation of protecting the American people. The anger, frustration, fear and disgust I've seen from my fellow American citizens is rising to a palpable level, and will soon be almost uncontrollable. We won't put up with this crap much longer.

I agree.

This is not that unusual of an occurrance. Illegals are becoming more and more emolden by our apparent unwillingness to enforce our laws. For those of you yet to experience illegals who get in your face and threaten to kill or harm you , well your next. It is happening in Tucson everyday and the liberals in our government (many are hispanic and with mexican descent) want the whity gone or dead.
