Yes, the F'ing rat-bastard will be at my favorite bar--I mean the owner is pretty conservative, but knows a good gimmic when he sees one.

I love these threads...:-) Gonna sit right here and watch the game and talk to all the prognosticators.
I love both teams, because they broke the Rams' heart at the last minute (native Saints fan, you understand)...
It's a good match. Two good defenses. Two great coaches. The Panthers have a running game, the Pats do not. Edge on defense (slightly) to the Pats. Experience at QB for the Pats. Brady's the ice man. Delhomme is a good Louisiana boy. It'd be nice for him to win so the Saints can see how stupid they are. Tough to say who will win today, but I'll bet the final score is 20-17 and the winner nails it on a late field goal.

Thoughts of a Defensive struggle are already gone as at the end of the first period it is Carolina 14 NE 7
Carolina took advantage of an early interception, and has been very methodical with Delhomme Passing for 72 yards while going 7-10, Davis has carried 6 times for 25 yards and 1 TD.
NE struck back with a 73 yard Brady to Patten TD pass, and are currently driving at the Carolina 38 Yard line.
