This attack on President Bush is disgusting. Maybe Kaloogian shouldn't be running as a Republican. For crying out loud, don't you freaking get it? The people have HAD ENOUGH!

Kaloogian, should focus on getting nominated for Senate, NOT on attacking President Bush. One more time!
He is not attacking President Bush! He is attacking the presidents insane anmnesty (yes it is amnesty) proposal.
Both Howard K. and Tancredo support the president in other issues.

Kaloogian's never been that low. He's between 5-9% in the public polls. A Jones campaign poll had him at 21% (I guess they used a different voter turnout model, recognizing that the Repub. turnout will be VERY low in the primary as all of the attention is on the Democrat Presidential Race.
The last public poll had Jones at 24%. Between 57-73% of Republican voters said they were still UNDECIDED in these polls.
This race is up for grabs.
And Kaloogian will win if his message gets out enough in TV and radio ads because the voters of the Republican party agree with Kaloogian on the issues.
It's just a question of will Kaloogian have a wide enough reach with enough frequency in his campaign advertising.

navyblue said it well.
The attack is not on Bush. I wish I had the rally footage digitized (I am trying to get it from our friend Jim Chess of Sebastapol who filmed the rally for a cable TV show he has).
Howard Kaloogian, Congressman Tancredo, Prop 187 Author Ron Prince, "Save Our License" Founder Mike Spence, KSFO's Melanie Morgan and Brian Sussman, FAIR's Rick Oltman.... NOT ONE of them smeared Bush. They stuck SPECIFICALLY to the proposals that have been made that they oppose.

Kaloogian will be voting for Bush in November. Tancredo will be voting for Bush in November. The same scenario has developed in the Illinois Republican Primary. Republican candidates voting and supporting GWB. But on the illegal immigration front, they will oppose him.
Here is one of them.

This attack on President Bush is disgusting. Maybe Kaloogian shouldn't be running as a Republican. You know, until Bush proposed this "guest worker" legislation, I thought he walked on water. Yeah, I'll vote for him in November, but I'm really upset with him.
what I'm hoping is that the president takes a good look at his core supporters opinion about his proposal. Then I hope he reverses himself.
As for Benedict Arnold, he's a RINO. Real cute how he did a bait and switch on those drivers licenses. I like Kaloogian. I like him a heck of a lot more than Barbara Boxer...

This race is up for grabs...
From
Dan Weintraub (Sacramento Bee, 2/20/04):
Marin showing life in Senate race
The Public Policy Institute of California Poll on the Republican U.S. Senate primary showed former US Treasurer Rosario Marin breaking through as the leading challenger to the establishment favorite, former Secretary of State Bill Jones.
Jones is still leading, but has only 24 percent of the support, with Marin in second at 12 percent.
Former Assemblyman Howard Kaloogian was at 5 percent with former Los Altos Hills mayor Toni Casey bringing up the rear at 2 percent.

Duh! Gee lemmie figur this out:)
How are you doing Joe??
To: Happy2BMe
You really have to respect Tom Tancredo. He reached out to us (the Kaloogian campaign) about supporting us earlier this week. He had read the media coverage of Kaloogian, talked to prominent conservative activists and politicians and then researched what Kaloogian's said in the media clips and stories on our website.
He was so excited about having a friend on this issue that he's busted his butt to help us.
He has sacrificed a lot of time, hard work and frustrations to make his schedule fit to come out and support Kaloogian.
All he gains from this is advancement of an issue he cares passionately about. What a great demonstration of committment and passion to making progress! I really respect him... I did before, but now that respect is enhanced from watching him act first-hand!

I have considered that. Of course, most everyone that is honest with themselves, knows the score.
