I keep hearing people asking "Why doesn't anybody else on the boat agree with this guy?"
I can't tell you an answer, but I have to say that if a guy I knew had a solid chance at becoming president, I'd be tempted to keep my mouth shut.
Even if I thought the guy was a bit of a chickenshit or a dweeb, the thought of staying over in the Lincoln bedroom or flying to Europe on Airforce One might tempt me to just keep my mouth shut.

This is not a good idea for our side, in my humble opinion. All it does is give Kerry a reason and an opportunity to parade the other 9 guys out there, most of whom will likely trumpet the party line for him. The one dissenting vote will look weak. We'll see, I guess.

I think so, but I'm not sure. Hannity's has been talking about this man's appearance on Hannity & Colmes tonight on his radio show today (on NOW), and something about an interview that was aired years ago on the Dick Cavett show... Tonight's segment may be one and the same. Sorry I don't have better details... I've only been able to catch bits & pieces of his radio show today. If I find out any more info, I'll post it here.

And "our side" isn't making the guy talk, or putting him on Hannity and Colmes. It's up to him and the producers of the show. Nothing anybody but them can do about it.

Two possibilities:
1. This one man is lying.
or
2. Kerry and the others are lying. Why? Maybe because what this man says is true. Maybe he served with a group of cowards who agreed to stay out of danger as much as possible and backed each other up. What did they gain? They could avoid combat with the complicity of their boat commander.
Which is more likely? Given that Lt's didn't have much of a life expectancy in Vietnam (Kerry was there, by the way), the second sounds very plausible. Lt Kerry, as the weak soul he is, agrees to keep his men out of harm's way and they agree to back him up.
True... only way to know is to pick sides. However, his "service" since 'Nam shows the likelihood of each above possibility.

Conservatives better think up of ways to hit Kerry with legs. Stuff like this doesn't resonate with almost anyone in the USA anymore, sadly.

"That parade is coming no matter what anybody does."
I'm not sure there's a reason for bringing the others out until there's something to counter/refute. It would look awkward for Kerry to run these guys out there unprovoked, given how it's almost a running joke about how often he talks about being a veteran (for 4 months). This gives him a reason.

Greta is supposed to cover that stuff. She is going off base to me when she gets into politics.I get annoyed when Hannity covers the "Greta" crime stories.
