We know zero about what Terri wants. So there has to be an equal chance she wants to live as she wants to die. To load it either way from the center is to assume you know something about what she wants. And nobody does.

I know what Terri wants. She wants her mother. I'll bet she also wants a nice fat pastrami on rye with extra pickles, and a vanilla milkshake to wash it down. Dude, they starved her for 6 days and she didn't die. That should tell you something.

Did someone say,  'continuing crimes against Terri...'?

"These Pinellas County judges have displayed an utterly cavalier attitude and a complete disregard for the rule of law," Terri's father Robert Schindler said in reaction to Baird's decision.

"They are aiding and abetting Michael Schiavo in his continuing crimes against Terri and this current order is nothing more than an unjust killing of a young woman who has demonstrated time and again that she very much wants to live."

  In 1990, Terri did NOT just 'collaspe'. Two doctor's testified that Terri suffered a neck spinal cord injury, and one of the doctors stated that Terri's injury was similar to a strangulation injury.   Both doctors testified that Terri did NOT have a heart attack.

  For 14 long years, Michael has used Terri as a legal pawn and cash cow.   And Michael continues to seek a court order to have Terri starved to death.

  In 14 years, Terri was comatose only for several weeks, back in 1990.   Terri is NOT in a coma, and she is not 'terminally ill'.   And yet, she contiues to be isolated in a Hospice room.   Terri has been denied some basic care, and her estranged husband Michael has denied Terri the therapy and rehabilitaion he had promised the Court, and that has been recommended by several doctors, nurses, and therapists.

  For all these years, Michaeal got the MONEY, and Terri got the 'shaft'!
This is not about some kind of 'dignified death', - this is about silencing a witness!

This is a Press Release from the police department (forwarded to us by Cheryl Ford, RN Friends of Terri coordinator) that was investigated the so-called "harm" to Terri Schiavo that prompted her being transferred to the hospital, and also was used as a BOGUS reason to prevent Terri's parents from visiting her.

Michael Schiavo and George Felos as well as Debbie Bushnell have been shown to have manipulated the situation to prevent Terri's parents from visiting and used it to slander the Schindlers, implying that they could have harmed Terri ... when all along, it is THEY who are conspiring to kill Terri and MIS-using the courts to kill her.

For 46 days, including Mother's Day... the Schindler Family have been denied access to their daughter for an alleged incident that turned out to be nothing better than a hoax. Michael Schiavo and George Felos have created a situation in which they forcibly isolated Terri Schindler-Schiavo from her family.

This was done on false accusations that they had caused harm to their own daughter. In a press release dated March 29th, George Felos of Dunedin, Florida all but accused Terri's parents of injecting her and inflicting puncture wounds on her arm.

Friends, is EVERYONE becoming a grassroots activist? I received an email about a NATIONAL BOYCOTT OF GAS STATIONS ON MAY 19th, not a drop of gas, an email re: marriage is between a man and a woman and of course, all my Terri emails.

This is wonderful news!

I certainly hope the family can resume visitation now. Unfortunately, I wouldn't bet on it. They'll probably say they have to wait until the hearing on the 26th before making a decision.

I DO hope some sort of charges can be brought against Felos for the slanderous accusations he made.

The parents's have been thru 46 days of sheer torture knowing a man who wants their daughter starved to death, controls her and also, CONTROLS THEM.

They suffer each and every second their thoughts rest upon their daughter. They pray that her spirit is NOT BROKEN, that her incredible will to live thru a complete and torturous lack of stimulation, remains steady. They know a monster hovers over their child.

They are allowed NO KNOWLEDGE of her medical condition. ( What kind of State Law allows this? To parents of someone as hurt as Terri is? What kind of a State is Florida? Terri and her parents LOVE each other....or has MS decided that Terri does not love and need her parents anymore, late in the game, just like he suddenly remembered she would have wanted to die, again, late in the game, after the money was in hand, of course.

The Schindlers are not allowed to say specific things in the press for fear of greater punishment by MS.

Greer has left the Schindler's at the mercy (which is non-existent, MS, imho, is a bonifide sociopath) of MS, and has gone along with felos and bushnell and MS at every turn.

FOURTY SIX DAYS OF SHEER FEAR. No doubt for Terri, as well as the Schindlers.

Greer then refuses to see this as an emergency, this NEED of the Schindlers to hold their daughter close, to see her, to tell her that they LOVE her and have NOT ABANDONED HER? CRUEL!!!!(Demonstrating a hardness of spirit that is breathtaking...considering how this must feel way past an emergency by the Schindlers) and allows MS to keep them away from the daughter they have fought to keep alive for MANY TORTUROUS YEARS !

I dispise Greer with a passion that knows no end.

It is GREER that holds the keys to MS's evil intentions, and it is GREER who refuses to lock up MS's decrees and open the world to Terri.

Greer is a very bad man.

I would like to know who reads to him if his eyesight is a poor as it has been stated. This person may also be a keeper of the keys, for surely, Judge Greer must know that WE know the connections that exist, between Hospice, campaign contributions ( Bushnell ), Felos, etc. As well as the Jerger CO. connections to King and the ongoing investigation we have into background impetus that might be keeping Greer from doing his job....seeing the justice is done.

The injustice that has been done to Terri Schindler and her parents is so overwhelmingly brutal it reaches the realm of the incredulous.

With all the talk about torture in the news today....FLorida, Pinellas County, has it's very own torture chamber, alive and active, within the courthouse of one Judge Greer.

This is a man who deserves to feel the pain he has meeted out to the Schindlers and the injustice he has forced Terri to endure (a VERY PAINFUL INJUSTICE) for YEARS upon YEARS.

This man is a coward of the most dangerous sort.

And the suffering of Terri and her parents is upon his hands. And it is a heavy, heartbreaking mountain.

This discussion has occurred here before, but before making that charge as a declarative statement you ought to read up on Florida defamation law.

There is in existence a bone scan of Terri which indicates that she had suffered severe trauma at some point, with fractures in several places. There is a lot of suspicion that perhaps Michael Schiavo inflicted those upon her--in other words, there is a lot of suspicion that Mikey put Terri into her brain-damaged condition to begin with... which has not so far been thoroughly investigated. One of the things we would like to see is a THOROUGH investigation and answers to those suspicions and questions...
