The person thought that Nancy Reagan would be deeply comforted to know she isn't quite as alone as she thought she was.

You DO FEEL SO ALONE. Somehow, having the intellect to KNOW THERE ARE OTHERS doesn't make up for it. It's awful. I not only HATE Alzheimers for taking my f-in-law, I DESPISE IT with all my being for putting my husband through so much. It aged my husband and his mom SO MUCH. Alzheimers is evil evil evil incarnate. (especially so because it takes away the ability to pray--but guess what? the Lord holds on the victim tighter than ever anyway).

BTW word is Ted was abused by his father who was opposed to all that Ted stands for. There's the source of his hatred; it's not Reagan or conservatives, but daddy.

Same one used for President Lincoln, I believe.

No, this one was built in 1918 to carry shells during WWI. There is a connection to Lincoln, but I forget what.

Chris Matthews taking digs at Cheney for being gone from Washington and in secure facilities when there is a threat.

What a loser.

Thank you so much for these pictures. It's so heartening to see parents taking their children and sharing a historic time with them.

I was amazed at the number of young people, kids, teens, early 20's, who viewed in California.

A riderless horse will follow the caisson, with boots placed backwards in the stirrups to signify a warrior's very last ride.

Yes, it is called respect and also LOVE.
He is our president most loved.
Thankfully, with this very dignified farewell,
and the outpouring of love by millions,
the liberals will have an extremely difficult
time revising history.
Think of the young people watching this.
They'll never forget this or him.
Tey'll sing his praises just as though
they lived thru his presidency.

Ted hates the world SO MUCH. Hate oozes from his pores. Even Alan Colmes seemed sickened by him.
