Let me give you a little advice. Barbecue is almost a religion on FR and these threads are a staple. They are not for the faint of heart, either. The food fights can compete with some of the best political flame wars. There is even a barbecue ping list. Now grab a pig sandwich and some sweet tea and watch the games.
