I just googled the words "democratic" and "sugar coating".

Look what I came up with, LOL! Check out the last paragraph.

I believe it is Jim Abourezk (sp?)

Mr. RR and I drove around Rapid City (SD) last night. We counted campaign yard signs. 10 to 1 for Thune. (Of course, the Dems are claiming the Thune supporters are stealing the Daschle signs! LOL)

"West River" South Dakota is very heavily conservative, lots of military retirees, renegades and reprobates live here on this side of the state.

Looking forward to watching MTP. It comes on here in about 30 minutes.

John Thune is a great guy and will be a tremendous senator.
My whole family is active in his campaign.

Really. I think Cheney will gracefully raise the question of whether the American people would rather have a CEO from the corporate world or a scum-sucking trial lawyer running the country. It could be that the reason Cheney hasn't defended himself too assertively on this issue is because he's saving his ammunition to pull it out when needed.

Timmy's banging his finger on the table...the President must do everything to supply our troops in combat.

TR: Didn't Kerry vote against the 87 million?

TD: I disagree with that vote.

If it's a fair, straight-up election he should win.

MI think you heard question wrong, kabar. Wallace asked McCain what CBS whould do about the doc scandal. He said they should come clean. I thought McCain was pretty good this morning, actually.

We'll agreee to disagree. McCain was talking about the "scandal" in its totality. Bush has been accused of not getting all of his documents out there. Juan made that point later. The Dems are using the fact that a federal judge has ordered the Pentagon to release all of Bush's records in response to an AP FOIA request. In point of fact, Bush has ordered the release of all of his documents and has no control over what the Pentagon is trickling out.

McCain was very negative in his recitation of the many mistakes we have made in the war in Iraq and did not criticize Kerry at all.

By the way, Mrs. Cheney has donated ALL of the royalties from her two childrens' history books to charity.
